I’m not sure why it takes nine minutes to take an order when it was empty inside. The lady asked us for our order, went silent for a solid two minutes then she came back and laughing told us to repeat our order. I totally get that work can be fun sometimes, hehe haha not mad at it but there’s a time to do all that. Lady decided to give us attitude after I was talking to my husband saying “we have stuff to do”, then closed the drive thru doors to talk shit. Own up to your mistake baby. Went home just find out we were givin burnt toast, sorry but she don’t need to be working in fast food if she can’t take accountability for her mistake then got the audacity to be petty.

I normally love this place and the staff tend to be very great. However tonight my family and I ordered from here through Grubhub and I got the Cobb salad with grilled chicken. It tasted amazing until I was halfway through my salad and found a lady bug.

I used to live in the south and have always thought Zaxby’s was the best for fast food fried chicken and other things. Now that I visit I try to make a visit every trip. The fried white cheddar bites are my favorite and the chicken never disappoints!

We usually have the large salad and it’s always good. But this time I wanted to try the Zaxby’s ® Spicy Signature Sandwich that is supposedly double hand breaded and extra crispy. Well it was a big let down for me. Not spicy, not crispy and not hot. The fries were under cooked as well. And the boneless wings could have used a bit of heating up prior to serving. I’m not sure what happened here. We arrived at about 11:00 AM so they had been open about 30 minutes.

Every time I go here the food is not fresh and it just tastes off. The fountain drink machine is always filthy and so are the tables. The whole vibe inside is gross. I always crave Zaxby’s because the menu is good but this location is just bad. My whole family gets sick every time we go here. What a shame…

Great place to grab a quick bite to eat. Family friendly atmosphere. Great menu with something for everyone including the kids. Their drink dispensing machine is the future of fast food drink machines. The Wisconsin cheese bites are amazing. They also have a great salad menu. Zaxby’s is becoming one of my go to fast food joints. Their prices are reasonable as well.

This was my favorite place for a year straight I would go everyday because the drive from my work took 2 minutes. Anyways I decided today I would go after work, so I ordered online some of the loaded fries with a “cup of seasoning” let’s just say it was much less than normal more like a pinch of seasoning… and the workers just stared at me instead of asking what I was there for. Food was still good, but it just irritated me.
