I visited the McDonald’s on Charter Way in Stockton and had another unpleasant encounter with an older Latina lady who seems to have a manager or lead position. I asked a simple question about my drinks not having Monopoly stickers, and instead of answering politely, she told another employee they had run out — with an attitude.
When I asked if I could exchange my drink for a large coffee, she responded in the same rude tone, saying the prices were different. I let her know I didn’t expect it for free and was willing to pay the difference, but she replied with an attitude again that she could only take cash since there’s no register at window #2.
I still paid, but she continued to act irritated and rushed me when asking how I wanted my coffee. I responded quickly just to end the interaction. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this kind of behavior from her, and it’s disappointing — especially since she seems to be in a leadership role. She should set a better example and communicate respectfully with customers and co-workers.

Whenni visited ontuesday dec 9th whoever was the young man working the window at 12:36 and served me my order # 96 was completely rushing me to place my order and wasnt even listening ti me because i was able to audibly verify that he was switching coms to talk to the other customer at the opposite speaker instead of listening to me. When but i got to the window i asked to add onto my order because of the faxt that he rushed me and wasnt listening at the speaker. When i asked him if they have chicken rollers he said no. Before i even leave the payment window i get in google and verify that mcdonalds in fact does sell chicken snack wraps. He just doest care about the integrity of his service and is only there for his paycheck

Management, in mid day wants to charge for 1 sauce (not an additional, just 1), while afternoon doesn’t charge, I come here nearly daily but thats changing, (no other McDs charge) never coming back. Also management was rude and talking to me as if I should know their policies…

Very disappointing experience. I’ve been buying here for 3 years because it’s close to my house, but after today’s rude behavior from multiple staff members over a simple comment about the new cup design, I felt uncomfortable and disrespected. I’m never coming back to this location.

My kids were fine with the chicken sandwich, but I ordered a regular sized Mac and cheese and this is what I got. I can go to any Popeyes and they would fill up the container. This was less then half that was in here. I wish I would’ve seen it before I made it all the way home.. I was pissed.

I was really surprised & impressed by how fast & friendly the drive thru service was. I visit this McDonald’s a lot and nothing ever really stands out but tonight service was exceptionally good the girl who took my order got straight to the point, I wasn’t waiting forever for her to get on the mic and you could actually hear her voice loud and clear. I had some dollars out prepare to pay for extra BBQ sauce but to my amazement she gave me 5 sauces for what I would consider free but if you really think about it, it’s a condiment that should come free with your meal and it did! $outh$ide McDonald’s has stepped it up. I’m a happy camper .

9:30-10:30 P Came through Drive 10/6/24 yesterday, with my friend Dennis we were in a little Honda. Wanted one fresh meal made to order your representative that was taking orders that Sunday night would not acknowledge me! I mentioned that I wanted a fresh meal made to order three times all he could say was is that all, is that all. Went through paid the $14 and some change which is what I’m gonna request back from McDonald’s. drove off with the meal it seemed like it was warm from the bag. When I bit into the burger, I could tell it had been nuked quite a bit. The top bun was still cool or warm to the touch. The bottom one was like steaming hot and so was the patty right above the bread the second patty because it was a double Was more or less kind of not even warm. It was horrible when it nearly burned my tongue. It was so hot. Disgusting! I wont go back hard of hearing HE WAS for a fresh meal or something you’re gonna pay $15 I should’ve went across the street to Denny’s .

Typical McDonald’s in Stockton with the regular food as other McDonald’s have. Ordering was fast but a little slow on the delivery.
The Big Breakfast was delivered without utensils but maybe locals eat with their hands here. I went back and ask the friendly cashier for utensils and a pack of syrup for the hot cakes.
Drinks are behind the counter so it’s inconvenient to get refills but cashiers are friendly and helps out here.
Consider carrying hand soap on your next trip. Restroom was out of it during our trip. Glad we carry sanitizers and wipes everywhere now.
