Never met a Chick-fil-a I didn’t like, but I have to say that this one is even better than most. Just like every other CFA, their drive-thru is full of cars 6 days a weeks. They seem to be better at moving the orders through than some locations. The biggest thing though is that their food, especially the fries seem to be hotter upon delivery than most are.

This particular location is bigger than most of the Chick-fil-A so it’s not as tight when you are pulling up to drive through or parking. They do a good job at taking care of the grounds around the property as well as keeping the interior clean. Nobody bats 100 out of 100 so sometimes it’s a Miss with the staff as they are not as welcoming or friendly as the original m o for Chick-fil-A. The owner of this location is really good at adding treats in the app. This is not the closest Chick-fil-A to me but because this owner makes me feel like they notice my business, I make it my business to visit this location when I’m in the area. Sometimes the portions are a little off for example I ordered the grilled chicken breast and it isn’t much bigger than the size of a sauce packet. Also wish this location offer the pup cups like some other Chick-fil-A locations do. All in all this is a nice location with indoor and outdoor seating as well as a play area for the little ones. They are usually well-staffed.

We went through the drive through. Employees are always friendly and said “my pleasure” love it! Ordering at this location has always been quick through the line and easy. Never have had to wait very long at this location. My favorite order is the 8 count chicken nuggies with fries and a Diet Coke. Thank you for the fast and friendly pleasant service

We love this CFA! We come here weekly to hang out after my son’s appointments and it’s so nice to have a clean indoor playground for littles that isn’t $20 just to get in lol. The food is always great, the staff are always nice, but it is usually crowded. It’s probably one of the smaller lobby and dining areas but it’s worth it for the playground!

Now this is customer service! CFA goes out of the way to ensure that it is convenient for customers to spend with them. I don’t eat chicken but I took my son here for brunch and all he had to do was scan a QR code after placing his order using the mobile app. Impressive! The line was long but there were plenty of folks taking orders and moving the line. We went right on through the mobile pickup line. Super job, CFA! I don’t mind paying a little extra for excellent customer service.

I recently ordered a six pack of their delicious cookies and unfortunately dropped my debit card without realizing. I searched the entire weekend and thought I’ll just retrace my steps. The last place I used it was Chick-fil-A and I was blessed this morning to find it was locked away safely in their safe. Thank you to the entire staff and management for always going above and beyond!

This location needs to either REMOVE the mobile order lane entirely, OR task someone with directing traffic during rushes. I don’t frequent here but maybe 2 or 3 times a month, but when I do, I wait in the (left hand) lane to get into line, leaving some space for people to exit the drive through. People will get in the mobile thru lane just to jump in front of my car and then block the drive through. You cannot count on the patrons to resolve this issue, people are not just going to stop cutting people in line if they know they can get away with it every single time. I haven’t experienced this at any other location btw.

Never going back. Staff was rude. I ordered my salad only “romaine and chicken”. Why is there mixed greens and cabbage? Why did the person have to be rude saying “that’s lettuce”. It’s not something I can eat and this salad was inedible after trying to take off what I’m allergic to , it was all through the romaine. Thanks chickfila for not caring.

On the way home, have a tiny 4×8 behind a mustang, were very rude about my not being able to use drive thru, no clear signage, poor design of drive thru, poor judgement from employees, horrible policies, Marla the manager on duty said policy was that she could not allow me to use the drive thru with a trailer which is absurd. There was plenty of room and I am avoiding all chic fil a’s in the future. Blanket policy, no respect for customers or managers, horrible company, only willing to hire the most compliant drones they can find. Every recent visit has left me with a distaste for fast food in general
