I blame myself for going. I knew this place had been horrible since covid ended and once a year I find myself going back.
They are not busy when we go, so please spare me the excuse of they may be busy. The guests we had with us had never been and pointed out how empty it was for the food taking so long.
They need more staff. That’s the first way to improve this place.
Second, the management here is so bad. Zero attention to detail, lack of training and never an apology for how bad service is when they know it. Our server said she spoke with the manager and would try to do something. Lies. But even if she did we never saw a manager.
We arrived at 1pm today. Party of 5. Had to wait 15 mins for a table with half the tables EMPTY.
This place is a joke. Give me 1 month, it would be 100% better, which I admit isn’t saying much when the bar is set so low. I wouldnt need a salary. I’d sign any waiver saying I won’t need anything in return. Why would I do it? Because I remember when this place was great. It’s a shame so many like it are horrible now.
We ordered water like 4 times …water…. She forgot water…
Had to flag down a different server for ketchup. Which I assume is under lock and key since it took a while and after asking the girl said “let me see if I can find some”. Aka, this place is a bad weekend away from shutting their doors.
Don’t get me started on the floors and tables. It’s disgusting. Health dept should visit.
I attached a pic of my mahi tacos. They cut back so much on the fish, I had to dig thru the 2″ layer of slaw to find the dried out fish.
The mozz sticks were barely melted.
You win BJs. You’ve convinced me with your current staff and management, that I need to avoid this place at all costs.

I would rate this restaurant 4.5 stars. I’ve had my issues with BJ’s since it opened, but they have made improvements over the years. Most of the issues were with take out. There was always something missing or the food wasn’t prepared very well. One time I ordered salad (take out) and they basically gave me what was left of the lettuce head (see photo). That was last year in 2024. Sometimes I feel like they took the bad lettuce and used it on take out because it was yellowish to brown on many of our orders. I’ve griped to myself about the amount of soup you used to get. It never felt like you got a bowl of soup. It was more like a cup. Soup is so expensive now I don’t order it anymore.
I haven’t ordered take out in a while so I can’t comment on recent take out experiences. Hopefully it has improved. We mostly dine in now and whenever we have dined in, almost zero problems. Food is always good dining in and I feel you get a good amount. Yes, prices have hiked up, but it’s like that everywhere.

We had such a great experience at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse! The food was incredibly tasty and the menu had so many amazing selections that it was hard to choose. Our server, Fernando, was truly one of the best we’ve ever had — attentive, friendly, and made our visit feel extra special. The ambiance was relaxed and inviting, perfect for a nice meal out. Highly recommend!

I chose the all-you-can-eat salad and soup for lunch.
I chose clam chowder and it was delicious. The server was also very friendly.
The only downside was that I visited on a chilly day, and the inside of the restaurant was cold because the air conditioner was on.

BJ’s never disappoints! Our server, Evan, went above and beyond—super attentive and genuinely friendly. We tried the burger deal and the Pizookie meal deal, and both were fantastic. The food was flavorful and satisfying, and the service made the experience even better. The atmosphere was lively yet comfortable, perfect for a casual night out. Definitely a spot we’ll be returning to!

It was our first time coming here on Valentine’s Day and it was AMAZING! Even though every table was full it was not loud and the staff was efficient without ever seeming like they were rushing. Food came out quick and delicious. The music was great and at a good volume. Our waiter Mark was amazing! Very attentive and funny. We will definitely be back soon 🙂

My Family and I were in town for my daughter’s basketball tournament and we stopped in for lunch. It has been a long time since i have been to a restaurant where people actually care about one another. The team here was so nice and helpful with everything. The manager came over and had a really pleasant conversation with us and was so sweet and nice. The food was great. What an amazing restaurant we will for sure return when we are back in Oviedo.

We had an amazing experience for lunch on Valentine’s Day nonetheless. Our server Michael was fantastic and he had many tables and most with more than 4 people. He even picked up our kids cups to see if they needed refills. The manager Jessica was heavily present and interacting with all customers. To top it off, Michael ran into the parking lot to give my husband his to-go drink he forgot. A great time was had. Thank you!

We have had several servers there and they all are professional. Servers Damian and John are class acts and make dining fun again.
We also sit at the bar with Dane who delivers exceptional service and drinks.
All the servers work together to deliver Gold Standard service. Managers Mike & Haley always make it a point to stop and say hello and the whole staff makes you feel welcome!

We had another great meal At B.J’s Brewhouse. We went there after church for a Sunday brunch. Our server, Evan was friendly and very attentive. Their menu being extensive offers something for everyone’s taste. We enjoy the experience and will dine here again.
