Ordered steak tacos. Meat was cold and dry shell was cold and hard around the edges. Called for a refund and they refused saying it wasn’t their fault. Tacos literally had meat and that’s it. What I ordered and what I got in pics. How is this not their fault?

Steak burrito was delicious and seasoned perfectly. Unlike Chipotle or Moe’s you don’t have to drown your food in sauce or salsa to have flavor. Hope the place survives since Evansville loves their chain restaurants.

I came into this restaurant off first ave to eat. I’m new to the area. I had no clue what it was. The lady up front was extremely rude. I simply asked her how it works and how to order she looked at my like I was talking about something she never heard of. I asked what does dos bros mean? She looked at me like I was remedial. She never said I get options she just made it and told me have a good day. I had to literally ask her to add toppings. Food is good service is terrible.

We were excited to try Dos Bros for the first time but the mood was quickly ruined after being immediately greeted by a rude worker. He gave us rude looks when we didn’t know what we wanted and after every item we put in our bowls he said “And?” In a a very rude tone. The food was okay but not worth the price especially with the bad taste in our mouths from the horrible customer service. We won’t be coming back here.

Ordered via takeout and was disappointed with portions, 90% of the burrito was rice with sparse ingredients. Though filling, I’m not sure it was worth the price. Queso was good.

Went in, the guy sitting at the use to be drive up window was more interested in his phone than waiting on a customer. I explained i hadn’t been in there before and I wasnt understanding how to order. He never put his phone down, he wasnt paying any attention to me. I has told him want I wanted, he walked down to the end of the counter abd asked me a question with his broken English, I didn’t understand what he said. Then he proceeded to get rude with me. So I said a few choice words and left. He was rude and a smart ass. I will never go back. I see why their parking lot is empty. You need to find a different person to wait on customers. He was horrible. This was on Sunday Oct 5th 2025 in the afternoon.

Peter was so nice and helpful for my first visit to DosBros! He gave me recommendations on what to try and even came up to me later and asked how I liked everything. Not to mention the free chips and salsa they are giving! The burrito was spectacular and all for a pretty good price!
