This is the first time I’ve gotten a Mexican pizza and it wasn’t soggy and disgusting. Crunchy well put together. Idk who put my food together but yesssss. Ty for giving me back a piece of my childhood. lol

The food was fast, correct and fresh, but there was an employee who had their kid in the dining room waiting for them. She kept yelling at her and swearing at her while she was finishing her shift. It didnt feel like a very welcoming or pleasant environment. And I didnt appreciate that language around my son.

I door dash all over Kalamazoo, portage, Battle Creek, and Grand Rapids and Ava is the only employee that has common sense and is the only one that actually put the order in another bag over the food paper bag that was plastic when the weather was not suited for paper bags. Not just Taco Bell all restaurants

If your struggling finacially, I reccomend a box(~5$), or a cheesy bean and rice(1$). If you come during happy hour(2pm-5pm) a medium soft drink is a dollar(1$) and you get free refills when dining in the store. Otherwise ask for a cup of water which is free! They will probably fill it themselves to avoid loss of revenue, but I’ve stopped here when walking in the summer and this saved me! I struggle with clearly comunicating my order and also with speaking up to correct it if it’s wrong and they do have a kiosk where I can key it in! I have had the order be wrong in the drive through, however never once in the hundreds of times I’ve ordered have I gotten the wrong thing on the kiosk. I’m very ADHD! And I’m very bad at communicating! If you identify as these things I highly recommend the kiosk. They won’t be mad 🙂 speaking of identity; I’ve never been talked down to or laughed at, never been told to leave, never been told to stop pacing. And the current staff are very accepting of me! I come in with my wife, my blind friend and her guide dog, and fully dressed as my womanly self. All remain true! If you aren’t struggling… You can ask to round up your order(nearest whole dollar amount). I reccomend picking up an extra cheesy bean and rice(1$) and a cup of water(free) offering it to any of the people in need on your way to your destination. Plenty of people need to eat 🙂 look for signs saying “need food” or “hungry” on your way. This could be you! And it’s 1$ 🙂

The service is normally fast and always friendly.

But this older woman has been there lately and every time she is there she is rude and the food that comes out is VERY sparse. Will be frequenting Arby’s more often.

This is why these people work in the fast food industry, that can’t do much more. Look at that taco, pathetic. 90% of the taco is OUTSIDE the shell. The first taco I opened was smooshed in 1/2. Bunch of workers who think that just because they are sacrificing their personal time, they should get paid. I mean, they need their next tat and their vapes. I hope Taco Bell has a decent retirement plan, I don’t see the geniuses that made this taco ever finding a better job.

The survey below asks what dish I would suggest: Something you’ve made at home. I wouldn’t eat at this Taco Bell again with anything less than a gun to my head, and then I’d almost be willing to put to the test that I’m really a super hero over eating there again.

I ordered a queserito as part of a meal, ordered it vegetarian and fresco (no dairy). Opened to find it is only NACHO CHEESE. This feels like a bad joke. I always order no cheese or sour cream due to dairy intolerance. Waste of an item since I didn’t have the time tonight to go back.
