The lady at drive through tonight, around 630, was not able to do her job properly, and my order was completely wrong. Asked for no vegetables and got tomatoes on both burgers, only one ranch for the side. And called four times to not get an answer until they answered and refused to give me a refund.

I lived down the street from this location and would often stop by on my way in to work, I am a 3rd shift worker. The food items that I normally purchase are good, not great but good. The customer service is what I have an issue with. There is this 20 something young lady that never says anything to me, just takes my money without verifying what I ordered or the amount. Then she will partially open the window to hand out the order and close it without a single “Thank you or come again”. This has happened on a number of occasions with other staff there. One time I used my debit card and asked three times for a receipt, my request was ignored. Like I said, good food but very poor customer service with the staff.

This place is terrible. I ordered two American style hot dogs and it took forever, and then when I did get it the guy put the hot dogs in the bag standing on end. So when I went to go get them out all the toppings slid off into the bottom of the bag, but of course, I was down the road before I realized this so I wasn’t about to turn around and go back.

None of the outdoor consoles worked at all for the few stalls that actually had one,also no online ordering available. Had to go thru a drive thru with EXTREMELY TERRIBLE ATTITUDES FROM STAFF. Traveled to Mke to spend the day with my kids,first TIME EVER going to Sonic,drove an extra 30 to go just there. Never again,burn that place down and build a Kopps. Atleast my family would’ve gotten full bellies instead of all the seagulls outside we threw our food to. Maybe even put a garbage can outside? Had to walk over to a fake dispensary to be courteous and throwour garbage away. $100 LOSS.

Cherry limeades, pretzel twists, cheeseburgers, nerd slushies!!! We just visited this one today. Since it is 24 degrees outside we did the drive thru instead of making a car hop come to us. We ordered cherry limeades, pretzel twists, tator tots and a cheeseburger. Coming from Oklahoma where there are tons of Sonic’s this was an absolute treat. The service was wonderful and knowledgeable about the distance to other Sonic’s. She was very friendly. The food came out at the appropriate time. Everything is made to order so it’s fresh and hot and not instant, so it was perfect! Cannot wait to go back to this location. The smasher burger is incredibly yummy. Go check it out if you haven’t!

I ordered a two-fer on the smashburger. Specified NO CHEESE. One came perfect. Delicious. The other? Covered in cheese. Someone cannot read and follow directions. Inexcusable.

This place has really gone hill throughout the years. In 2015, I would have said this was my go-to-spot for fastfood.. in 2025, the drive up lanes don’t work anymore and the drive through lane is always insanely long. Don’t change your mind while you’re in line either, you will be stuck there. Had an old lady on the drive through speaker yell at me because she could not hear me. I am speaking as loud as I can, I suggest you replace your headset. Very disappointed in the rude customer service and crazy long wait time. The food has changed in taste, but it’s still good.. man do I miss the old days.

Super run down. Pulled into a spot and pushed button to be told drive thru only. Smelled horrifically like pot. Employees weren’t the kindest. Cherry limeade tasted like 7Up. Nothing else. Super disappointed.
