Charged me for an espresso shot, then AFTER I PAID, told me the espresso machine “is down”. On top of that, they only filled it to 80-85% of the way and to add insult to injury, when I asked for it to at least be filled, the man with fake nails sassily told me he intentionally didn’t fill it. Maybe he’s new, maybe he was having a bad day, but never order coffee there, it’s a scam.

So I am still in the store, first of all, there’s only me and my husband in the store and we’ve been waiting for over fifteen minutes and still haven’t gotten our food, just simple order, one large meal and six pieces chicken nuggets, and some how this store is soooo hot, used napkins and food are everywhere on the floor, there’s even cockroaches walking on the floor!!!!! They also ran out of ice cream pretty often. I’m still waiting for the food and I don’t understand How they can make us wait so long, don’t know how much longer we have to wait. Hope that at least the food is fresh.

My expectations when I go to fast food are not high. Somehow, this location fell far below my low expectations. The employee working the counter looked and acted like she had just been picking up trash on the freeway. She was also the person who delivered our meal to our table. She set the tray down without acknowledging us, didn’t ask if we needed anything else, didn’t say a word. No napkins, no ketchup, no straws, and my sandwich was missing. I go up to the counter and ask another employee for straws and a napkins, he mumbles something and keeps walking, I guess his shift was over. I tell the woman at the register that I also didn’t get my sandwich. She confirms what item I’m missing, doesn’t tell me to wait there. So I go back to my table. A minute later she yells our “here”, apparently to let me know to I should return to the counter. Just an overall terrible experience. This is the fault of management. Fast food restaurants can vary dramatically, and it always comes down to whether the owners/management actually take time to hire good employees. This location clearly does not care a bit.

Food was good. I ordered off kiosk and got 2 free sweet and sours .. no chicken nuggets.. he have them to my daughter who placed a totally separate order at the register. U asked for my sauces and he said gave them her, she said she was your daughter. She asked for sauces for herself. He told me I would have to pay 54 cents for 2…. mind you I got them for 0 dollars at the kiosk. Its nit about the 54 cents but it is about the politeness of him and just straight up making me pay for something that was definitely free on kiosk because he was in a bad mood. He was super short about it and even gave me an fluffy attitude while ringing them up, because he was annoyed. Rufus shouldn’t work in public if he doesnt like people.

Y’all. Please stop with the contemporary praise music. I come for scrumptious food, quality service, and clean place to sit for 20-40 minutes between other commitments.

I don’t go to church for the french fries. I don’t come here to be proselytized to. Whether your decision maker agrees or not, the overwhelming majority of humans agree it’s objectively not-good music.

More importantly for MCD: it ruins all the investment you’ve made in having a great ambiance in the dining room: the fancy seating, the wall treatments, the nice lighting. I’m surprised an inclusive, publicly-traded company allows this.

Here’s some pictures of all the other customers who are willing to put up with a cheese grater on their ears.

Why is this and other McDonalds restaurants in Greenville so bad? Exceptionally slow service and cold burgers. Only 2 or 3 staff working mid-day on Saturday at this one! No self-service drinks, napkins, or ketchup. This will be my last visit to the franchise in this town.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The guy at the food pick up window has some serious issues and horrible attitude for no reason. I ended up just driving off without my food after I’d payed for it because I wouldn’t trust anything he has dealt with.

Pulled up after a long trip and it says open 24 hours but no one would pick up at the drive through and waited over 5 minutes, then when I drove up to the window to try and place an order, several people walked by and just ignored me. I couldn’t get anyone to help me. Seems the staff here simply does not care unfortunately.

Sadly we just sat in the drive thru for 8 minutes amd 38 seconds with silence from the speaker, we even blew the horn for attention. So we drove up to 1st window. I’m pretty sure this Girl is in management because we’re there a lot because it’s the closet to home. Unfortunately her only response to us was “what do you want”. And that she just got there and was thrown the headset. This is so unprofessional & not even excusable. Because I didn’t tell her exactly what I really want. We just drove off. Yeah check your cameras see the truck that waited!

Rudest Employees you will ever meet. I just came on Christmas Eve during my lunch break and mind you I have to work as well, in healthcare at that, and they had the worst attitudes. The lady working the drive through didn’t even want to open the window to hand me my receipt because she knew she had been so rude over the intercom.
