I never leave reviews, but this one is warranted. Ordered food through the drive through and after swiping my card, I was told to park in the parking lot. There was one car waiting on the side of the building. I waited for 15 minutes and decided I’d go in and make sure my order went through. Going in, only 1 customer was inside, and it looked like they were also waiting for food. There was nobody else in the drive through or waiting at the drive through. I gave them my receipt and asked if my order was ready. They informed me they forgot to start the order. Shortly after I received a bag of food missing half of my order. I showed them my receipt again and they returned it with 2 of 3 missing items. I showed them my receipt again showing them there were still missing items and they added those to the bag. If you order from here, don’t use the drive through otherwise your order might not even be started and you’re better off going inside. Better safe than sorry to make sure you actually receive everything you paid for.

Went to Popeyes around 11 p.m. Feb 20th. I ordered two 12 pieces and was given 1 12 piece at the window. I explain to the kind lady that I need one more 12 piece and she told me she would make a separate transaction because she didn’t charge me for it. I pulled ahead and wait for a little over 20 minutes to receive my food. This was not the issue. I recived my food and got half way home to notice that I only had 6 wings instead of the 12 piece that I ordered was charged for. I turned around and told them that they only gave me 6. The kind lady asked for the bag and she opened it and saw 6 agreed that it was suppose to be 12 after she looked at the receipt. The “manager” came around the corner and accused me of lying. I asked for his name and wasn’t given his name and I asked for the manager and they said he was the manager. I told him the we lived really far and I wouldn’t lie about 6 wings. He walked away as I was explaining it to him and then the kind lady told me that they would get me taken care of. The guy then came back around the corner to tell me I was lying once again and that he was sure it should have been 12 wings. The kind lady then told me they had multiple orders after I left that could have been the same. About 2 minutes later she hands me my wings. These wings were extremely undercooked and frozen on some parts. They were not edible! I feel disrespected and embarrassed that I had to defend myself against the leadership of an establishment that refused to take accountability! I will be contacting the BBB about the undercooked order!

Twice now when I have ordered chicken tenders, I get two full size tenders and one that is half to a third the size of the other two. Is this their policy or am just being lucky with under sized portions? If you are going to give the customer an undersized tender, please give them two undersized tenders to make it whole. The customer would appreciate it trust me on this…

Order my food on the app. When I arrived to pick up half my order was ready but they told me that they were out of chicken tenders so I would have to choose something else. They were also out of chicken sandwiches so all I could replace my order with is spicy chicken tenders. I told them that would not work and I would have to cancel my order and get a refund. They informed me they do not do refunds. Then they out of nowhere they found a bag of tenders. My time they were done all my food was cold and when I got home to check it I realized my whole order was wrong. Spent $50 for garbage food. I do not recommend going here.

I ordered my dinner on the app went inside and order was not ready. Waited 30 minutes for order to be complete. Cashier was to busy talking to coworjwra as he was not paying attention to what he was doing. Gentleman in front of me wait 20 minutes for 2 pieces of chicken. Cashier was confused . Orders were bring passed out that were wrong at counter. After checking my order i informed the new cashier (young woman) that i was missing biscuits. She the guys behind her to get biscuits for me. They igonred her and then said i need biscuits to complete the order which i got. It was obvious that there was no one looking at orders. I talked to a customer in srive thru and they also ordered on the app and been waiting 35 minutes for her order. If i could i would give this a zero star for what happened. NO EXCUSE FOR ORDERS BEING FULLFILLED INCORRECT AND 30 MINUTES LATE.

This is a favorite Popeyes location for me. I like spicy chicken and this fast food restaurant comes through for me. Sometimes I order online and sometimes I just stop in when I happen to be in the area.

The meals are always good, the service is quick and my orders are accurate. They don’t spend a lot of time cleaning the tables and seating. My recent visit lasted an hour and not once did anyone check the dining area. Another item was the men’s restroom. The sink area was in need of some serious cleaning. The sink itself was in pretty sad condition.

Other than a few minor items, overall this is a good place to eat.

My husband just went to Popeyes to get chicken for my granddaughter and I. My husband called me before he pulled out of the parking lot to say the young lady that assisted him was so nice that when he explained what pieces I wanted that there was no hesitation and all done with a smile!
