Ordered from the mobile app 4 total boxes, a chicken & cheese melt. We pulled off to the side to make sure everything was correct since the staff shoved everything into ONE bag, I pulled back around to the drive thru and let them know we were missing a chicken & cheese melt & a cinnamon twists the drive thru lady was extremely rude and so was the kitchen staff stating “she already got all her food” I offered to give the bag back and she denied to look through it. When they finally gave us the missing items (picture added below) this is how it was given. Sloppy! How is my 1 1/2 year old supposed to eat that… she couldn’t…
Very poor service & denying a refund for what we paid for and got sloppy food & service all around

This is by far the worst Taco Bell. It is unfortunately the closest one to my house. I will drive to a further one. I have been told by staff to do so because they are backed up multiple times. As I write this I have been standing in front of the register for 5 min and have not been helped as employees actively ignore me. The lobby is unkept and your order in the drive through will take abnormally long and most likely be incorrect.

If you want fast food in a drive thru this isn’t the place to go. 20 minutes to take an order is crazy. Unfortunately, you cannot back out if already in line. Every time you go you can guarantee a 45 minute process even if one person is in line.

Waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes, no one to take anyone’s order, waited at the window and still nothing. Mind you this was at 8 or 9 pm, not even close to closing time. Guess the staff just felt like ignoring all the customers for half an hour or more.

Before I say what im about to say, I’d like to direct anyone reading this to head over to my profile for a quick glance. It’s just important you know im not the type to complain over petty situations and for the most part, the reviews I feel compelled to leave are of a positive nature, with me raving over the exceptional service I received.
So in other words, I’d like to believe my opinions actually hold a bit of merit, unlike most of what you’ll find on this platform.

Just had an atrocious experience at this Taco Bell. After finishing my meal, I was outside sitting down, tending to some emails that needed answering rather than putting them off until later. I was silent and ensured to impose on no one. A few mins into this, a handful of employees make their way out back in an extremely loud and boisterous fashion, yet unpeturbed… I proceeded to ignore them. For the most part, i didn’t hear a word they said… no matter how loud they may have said it. But it eventually became clear that at least one of them was extremely drunk. I remained steadfast and continued ignoring them. I mean, live and let live… right? But then the drunk one proceeded to somersault over the fence, coming just inches away from kicking me. It was at this point that I became invested in their shenanigans, yet I continued to remain silent, opting to avoid potential confrontation. Once I had wrapped up my correspondence, I started getting ready to leave. Right as I began walking away, I decided to inquire as to whether or not the drunk guy worked there, or even worse, if he was on the clock… already knowing the answer to both questions, that being yes and yes. It was at this point things went south extremely quickly. Mariana (might be misspelling her name) lied and said no. She told me it was her uncle, but i didn’t press any further. In fact, those two questions were all i had said over my entire time sitting them listening to them yell at each other. That was all it took though for them to begin verbally assaulting me. Calling me “wierd”, telling me to “shut up” when I wasn’t talking, “accusing me over being indigent due to riding a bike at the time, etc etc. I said very little throughout their onslaught. At one point I muttered, “yall assume way too much” in regards to them telling me I didn’t have a car and was in some way lesser than due to this… even though I happen to be relatively well off and simply choose to live by little means. I like riding a bike, so that’s what I do… ride a bike. This doesn’t make me a POS like they seemed to infer for whatever reason. They were ruthless in their assault while the inebriated guy remained uncharacteristically quiet all throughout. I did my best to let them air out their dirty laundry as I proceeded to simply remove myself from the situation rather than engage further with them. The last thing I said was informing them I would be reporting said encounter, that which I’m doing right now.
Gabby, Mariana, and Jared (i think?) were their names and they were all on the clock. I’m hoping GM sees these because none of them should be allowed to work there after treating a paying customer in that manner. A customer who retaliated in no way shape or form. Hopefully you have cameras with audio recording the area between the back of your store and the drive through. If so, just reference those and see for yourself. This all happened maybe 10 minutes ago…

(Normally I would proofread this before posting, but I’ve already expent far too much energy on something I shouldn’t allow to effect me as much as it has. So hopefully my remarks make sense for the most part)

It was very hard to Order the girl taking my order didn’t understand anything I said.
When I got to the window they gave me the wrong order. I asked for them to correct my order and they said I have to pay again and go through the lobby since their time is running up. When I asked for a refund they said it can’t be given since they don’t have a GMC on shift. Then they asked for me to leave since the time was going up.

Went through the drive through tonight on the way to a meeting. Waited at the speaker box for 10 minutes. Everytime we said hello or tried to order the attendant yelled at us we needed to hang on a minute. No cars in front of us but six behind us we drove through and saw a lady in the second window working on her nails. Yep, that was way more important than taking orders. So we skipped dinner and went to our meeting. Skip this Taco Bell, if that’s how much they care about taking your order, I wonder how much effort is going in to making it.

Picture says it all. Can’t believe this place has the audacity to charge $1.79 for a hard taco. Get home and both of them are like this. At least the burritos were good. Chalupa was stale and crispy. $15+ for this garbage? Qdoba, Chipotle, or independent taquierras from now on; won’t see another dime from me after this experience ever. Literally have yet to find one decent Taco Bell in greater Denver in 15 years.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. This location is by far the worst location I’ve ever been to. Whoever the manger is needs to find a job that actually brings her joy because she is so unpleasant to speak to. I walked in the building and stood there for 6 minutes having her make eye contact with me before having anyone come and greet me. They’re to busy gossiping to supervise the delivery/pickup area that people will just stanch your orders and they will tell you it’s not there fault and you have to report it through us whoever you ordered from. So do yourself a favor and just skip this location all and all.
