There are about 9-11 cars pulled up at the front of the restaurant waiting and, while 4-6 cars pulled up is “normal” for this store (and the fried will still be undercooked and cold when they come to you after all the ice in your drinks has melted while waiting on your food), tonight is beyond anything I’ve seen here. This store needs a new manager. The other McDonalds in town seems to operate about 10x better with more business.
Edit to add: Adayyah is a terrible manager. I was told to park in “Curbside 2,” watched my food get served off – everyone had an attitude. I asked the manager for her name after I got met with attitude and eye rolls and she pointed at her name tag from the fryer and mumbled something that sounddd like “Adaila” – she was redheaded, white, and RUDE. I wouldn’t let her manage a red ant hill.

These five stars is for Ms.Saniya. I hope I got her name correct. My food was sent out by her and she was the sweetest young lady. She was slammed with orders, yet she was smiling and very polite. I asked for her name before she walked away because it very far and few to find nice and polite young people. Especially working in fast food where is so chaotic.

Another terrible lunch break spent at Ashley Dudd’s – oh I mean Dodd’s – 196 location. I’ve been sitting out front for 20 minutes in curbside 6. All spots are full Explorer, Altima, Silverado, Highlander, Odyssey, Pathfinder. In front of the store, Suburban, Silverado, Frontier, Rogue. That’s 10 cars just that I can see. Someone is surely at DT window #3, as well for a total of 11 cars. I wonder if I’ll get back to my office on time of if I’ll get another point on my file for being late coming back from lunch. Surely my nuggets will be ice cold and my fries will be hot, but white and undercooked, as always. I’ve emailed, I’ve spoken with managers, nothing changes. I only get hot food past 9pm. This “pull up” model is ridiculous and does not work when 11 cars are pulled up. If the Dudd’s cared, they’d figure out how the hinesville chick fil a turns double the number of orders daily by committing to a better system for queued orders.
The 84 location used to be better but has gotten just as bad, filling up their curbside spots every day since the young male manager (slim build, disrespectful/sassy demeanor) has transferred over there for lunch/afternoon shift.
I don’t know what they’re doing at this location on 196, but it isn’t good.

Not everyday that they get it right but let me tell you…the staff today are on it!!! Hot n fresh fries, got that bangin sweet tea and the filet was on point!

Ordered our food through delivery, with confirmation, that we only received half of the items we paid for. The fries were soggy and unseasoned. The Big Mac and chicken sandwich had barely any toppings. None of the dipping sauces that were ordered were in the bag. This is unacceptable, if you order from here ensure all your items are there before you leave. If you order for a delivery, get confirmation before they bring you your food. Would not recommend.

I honestly try not to leave bad reviews at restaurants because I understand some days can be off, co workers may have things going on, etc. however, as I wait here for over 30 minutes for my order for the 5th time I just don’t understand. It’s almost like they’re using a cigarette lighter to cook everyone’s food with one finger. There hasn’t been a time where my order was available in a timely manner. If it wasn’t for the name McDonald’s, this location would be shut down like many restaurants in Hinesville. How does the manager look at these wait times and say to themselves “yeah, this is acceptable”?

Disappointed with McDonald’s Experience
I normally don’t write reviews, but I feel this NEEDS to be said. I’m a DoorDasher, and every time I pick up an order from this McDonald’s, the EXPERIENCE is FRUSTRATING. This establishment appears to be mostly run by very YOUNG staff, and CUSTOMER SERVICE is consistently POOR. Employees rarely GREET you or ask if you need HELP, and there’s often an ATTITUDE.
If you’re BUSY or have a BACKLOG of orders, COMMUNICATING that would make a HUGE difference. Leaving CUSTOMERS and Dashers waiting without any update is UNACCEPTABLE. This location seriously needs STRONGER MANAGEMENT presence and BETTER TRAINING to ensure things run SMOOTHLY.
If DoorDash orders are handled this POORLY, I can only imagine what the IN-STORE customer EXPERIENCE is like. I hope MANAGEMENT takes this feedback SERIOUSLY and works on IMPROVING customer service and SUPERVISION.

Food is actually quite good in comparison to other McDonald’s but their service is absolutely awful! Not because of the employees, they’re lovely, but because of the fact they send every single car that goes through the drive thru out to the front to wait for their order! Even if it it’s a small order! It’s terrible! At least 90% of the people have to go in and get their food and it’s always backed up with cars. I don’t know who’s managing this McDonald’s but you are LOSING customers because of this issue! Do better please! Give people food at the second window like you’re supposed to!

We stopped at like 10:45ish pm leaving pooler and the food was perfect. Best McDonald’s ive had in a WHILE. Not only quality food for the price. They got everything exactly right. Extra napkins, tea was perfect, fries were perfectly salted the burger was fresh! 10/10.

These people are getting ruder and ruder by the day. The store manager decided to get mad at the customer because they employed some incompetent people. The store manager literally argued with me about how I liked my coffee and told me what she ain’t going to do. I feel like all managers needs a class in customer service skills and they have none.
