Had an amazing experience at 107 Taste! The food was absolutely delicious — I ordered the spicy cheesy noodles and they were packed with flavor. The tteok-bokki was incredible, perfectly chewy and rich, and the Thai donuts were the perfect sweet finish. Everything tasted fresh and satisfying. I’ll definitely be coming back! Such a cozy spot in the Miami lakes neighborhood! Got the blue crab rangoon (my favorite app), the kani salad, and the spicy mayo shrimp to share. All the noodle dishes we had and the tonkatsu ramen were fantastic.
The ambiance was just as enjoyable as the food: modern but warm, with great lighting and a lively energy that still allowed for conversation. Lin was so attentive without hovering, and was knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations.

If flavor had a fan club, 107 Taste would be the president. My wife and I came hungry and left emotionally attached to the menu.
First off, huge shoutout to Suki, our waiter—absolutely amazing. Friendly, attentive, and somehow always appeared exactly when we needed something, like a food ninja .
We kicked things off with the Honey Garlic Chicken Wings (sweet, sticky, and dangerous because you will fight over the last one), Gyoza (crispy perfection), and Blue Crab Rangoon (so good it deserves its own Netflix special).
For entrées, we went all in. The Cheesy Noodle on Fire lived up to its name—spicy, cheesy, and bold enough to make me question my spice tolerance (worth it). The Mama Pork Fried Rice tasted like it was cooked with love, tradition, and probably magic.
My wife ordered the Lady Face Sake, and she LOVED it—smooth, flavorful, and fancy enough to make her feel like the main character.
We wrapped things up with Thai Donuts, which were light, sweet, and the perfect “I’m full but somehow still eating” dessert.
Overall: amazing food, incredible service, and a menu that makes you start planning your next visit before you even leave.

I had the Karaage on my mind, but it’s not anymore on this location menu. But the shrimp spicy mayo definitely makes my lunch with a hot sake on the side, just the perfect match. For the entree, I ordered a Beef Ramen (I don’t remember the name, but it was totally delicious). For dessert, the Nutella cake was amazing.

Wow it was my first time here and miso ramen soup was so rich in flavor it tasted amazing!! The broth was even better than I imagined! I made sure to keep all toppings included to try it exactly how the restaurant set up the dish and glad I did, I loved it! Annet was our first server and was so kind with helping me with the menu, she was gave exceptional service. Annet and Lin were kind enough to check up on us often made sure we were okay. Lin helped us at the end to made sure we enjoyed the food too! As my first time this is a 10/10 try it you won’t regret it! Thank you for the amazing service ladies!!
