I love chillis! I think it’s a great place to go with family or friends and has wonderful service. Our waiter was very kind and got us everything we needed. The food was really good aswell. I highly recommend the spinach qeuso dip! My Mom ordered a burger and she said it was one of the best she’d ever had. Will definitely be coming back!

Been going to Chili’s for a long time only because my husband likes them. They are to inconsistent in their food quality and service. Although our favorite server, Sam, is the best. I usually get their Mushroom swiss burger which is a hit and miss of cooked ok to overcooked. Then I pay extra for a side of asparagus. Problem is sometimes the asparagus come out the size of a small stick. Good asparagus is suppose to be thin. No quality control.

The right place to eat when famished!! We usually order our favouriteeee Fajitas BUT lately have grown fond of their Triple Dipper, have nice options to choose from but I simply loveeee their south western Egg rolls and Honey crispy chicken tendersss! The signature Lava Cake dessert is a must but was soo filled sadly had to skip it this time.

The server was awesome. I had the pick 3 meal. My son has a hige burger and we ordered a chicken sandwich as well. The chicken meat was larger than the bun. Good value for the money.

Both me and my wife ordered chicken fajitas, and they tasted the same as Chili’s in Utah, so not bad. At least their consistency is the same across the country. Young lady who was our server very attentive and pleasant all-in-all not bad. Price well average as Joe Brandons economy has everything raised. Atmosphere rating is only due to a family with some unruly kids.

Food is always fast and great. Servers are always wonderful. Hostesses are *usually* amazing (they hold the door for you, greet you with a smile) but this does not go for the young girl with bangs. She greets you with annoyance and made us just feel really unwelcome. My family and I feel so uneasy and if we see her next time I don’t think we will choose to dine in. My daughter has really bad anxiety and is super sensitive, she felt anxious and bad the rest of the night. However, if we see another one at the stand we will be sure to come in and enjoy the usual kindness we feel.

Super super sad about the interaction we just had. My family literally comes here at least once every two weeks and we usually have gage as a server and he’s great. Today we went in, the young hostess with bangs was just mean to us. She was annoyed we asked for a booth and then when we asked how long she was like “couldn’t tell you.” I’m not trying to be mean but that’s your job. Then we asked for a manager and the hostess just sat there and whispered about us with her other coworkers. If you’re gonna talk about us at least go into the back. Super sad because we love this restaurant and had to leave because we were scared she would influence someone to do something with our food. That’s how mad she seemed, no apology or anything. Really hoping she gets talked to so it doesn’t happen to anyone else. Just make sure to treat people with kindness (especially your customers), you never know what they’re going through.

My husband and I ordered for curbside pickup this evening. We checked in as normal on the link and put our parking spot at our pickup time. In the past there were employees that came out and brought the orders to the car. We waited 30 minutes with nobody greeting us. Maybe it was a busy night, we didn’t know. We then saw there were other drivers pulling up and going inside to get their food. We thought they were DoorDash drivers and patiently waited. My husband then decided to go inside to see what the problem was… apparently there are shelves inside now to pickup the food. Why doesn’t Chilis notify customers of changes? Why isn’t this notified by email or text to pickup inside when there is an order placed? Our food was cold because of this new procedure that we didn’t know about… I wish there were 0 stars for this experience.

Great meal with the family. This was the first time I tried the queso sauce with meat. Every meal was delicious. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The meals were hot and tasty. I would go here again. I highly recommend this restaurant.
