We ordered take out and it was by far the worst experience ive ever had. Order 2 burgers and a triple app and nothing was cooked properly! The southwest egg rolls were still doughy and our burgers RAW! and not to mention the portions! What a joke! 20$ for 2 egg rolls 2 cheese sticks and 4 wings are you kidding me? I love chilis back home but I will never order from here again!

Waitress Candace was quick and efficient, alerted me to a great deal, and kept refilling my drinks.
Steak appeared more medium well than medium rare that I asked for. Not Candace’s fault because I know she got the order right.

A group of us went for dinner. We got right in and seated without delay. Server took our beverage orders quickly. We ordered our meals and they arrived in a timely manner. Everything was good. One meal was a bit overcooked. As we were paying individually, the table automated payment process was cumbersome (a bit of a pain).
Overall very good and we will be back.

Typically this location isn’t too bad but last night my boyfriend and I stopped around 8pm and I can say this was the worst Chilis service experience I’ve ever had – across the entire nation.
First we were sat in the bar area and we weren’t even asked if we were okay with that. We don’t drink alcohol and I typically avoid the bar seating because it’s loud and I don’t drink. (What if I was a recovering alcoholic and they weren’t even considerate enough to ask if bar seating was okay.) But instead of being complicated we just took the table they sat us at. HUGE mistake and I should’ve listened to my gut and asked to be sat elsewhere.
The waitress didn’t have more than 3 tables counting us. I think her name was Kirstin, Kristine, Kristina or something like that. She was very quick to come over…. and get our drink order- as soon as we said sweet tea and didn’t order alcohol it all changed. The food runner brought our drinks and chips and salsa – which was nothing but crumbs of chips. We’d been sitting at the table with the menus folded up and on the edge ready to order our dinner for 10 minutes. Then when She finally comes back she actually asked if we were ready to order… ummm, it’s been 10 minutes and the menus are folded up for you to take- soooo what do you think lady!?!?
So She finally gets our order. (Our drinks were already more than half gone at this point) Then she stands at a table for 10 minutes talking to her friends. Still needing refills. I made eye contact with her 3 times and she would quickly look away and pretend we didn’t just lock eyes and continue talking to her friends. Something about her mom being invited somewhere and blah blah blah.
Then another table came in and she got his drink order which was alcohol and she catered to him left and right while flirting with him very loudly. She was at his table 3 times before ever stopping back by ours. He asked for a beer, received said beer, and placed his order in 5 minutes flat.
I finally flagged her down and asked for refills since she clearly had no desire to stop and see if we needed anything. Another 10-15 minutes goes by and our food comes out and we still didn’t have refills and she ask if we want refills…. Umm our glasses are empty.., we’re literally eating ice to moisten our mouths and I’d already request refills 15 minutes ago. I asked for salt and pepper and never got it. Which it’s extremely stupid to leave ketchup bottles on every table but I have to request salt and pepper and then the server is too useless to bring it. The Mac and cheese was old and not even half the bowl was filled. I couldn’t even eat it – it was just so slimy and mushy. I have to pay extra for Mac & cheese and then don’t even get half a bowl and it taste like it was 3 days old just shoved in a microwave… so paid extra for what? I could’ve thrown the fries away just as easily as the Mac and cheese. Chilis fries plain are awful and it’s ridiculous to up-charge $5 for HALF an order with cheese and bacon. Then we sat with empty cups once more and needing a box for over 15 minutes again. Literally playing on our phones by this point. Another table comes in – so now she has 4 tables but one is just her friends that have been hanging out since before we got there and we’d been gone long ago had she done her job and not forgotten about us. The new table orders alcohol and of course she’s at their table 3 times and still hasn’t checked on us once…. I finally wave her down and she rudely comes over and was upset I needed a box and a to go drink since I never got another refill. I always tip a minimum of 35% but since she wanted to act like we didn’t exist because we’re not a bunch of drunken alcoholics… She didn’t deserve even half of the $10 tip my boyfriend left her but we didn’t have change and knew it’d be another 15 minutes if we asked for change.
I will never sit in the bar here again and honestly I don’t know that I’ll ever even be back after the way we were treated last night.

For a long time we avoided going here due to lower quality than we would like to pay for. However, for the past couple years they have been consistently very good! I would love to give them 5 stars but they really need to do some improvements to the inside of the restaurant.

Sever came once after delivering our food at the end of the meal asking us how it was. My steak was well done so was my dates when i.ordered min med rare and she order hers rare. Was tired of wait for said waitress so we ate it. But I left a few pieces to show her. She said she wished we would have told her but how you supposed to do it when none checks in on you until after you’re done eating crazy spent 80 bucks to get a burgerking kinda meal where no one cares won’t be back there.

Worst food ever, chicken was cold the rice and beans were dried up and nasty looking. Took forever to get the food, which was fine we were in no rush but for the length of time we waited the food should of been hot. Let the waitress know and she brought me some fresh beans. Offered to heat up my chicken in the microwave!!! No thanks I can dry the chicken up at home myself. Then she says I wont charge for the dish which was almost $20.00 when we get the bill she took of $9.00 needless to say we will not be going back there.

When we arrived at the restaurant, it was quite busy, and we had a wait of about twenty minutes to get seated. However, the deliciousness of the food made it well worth it; each bite was packed with flavor. I also appreciated the convenience of the digital payment devices on each table, which made settling the bill a hassle-free experience.

I have been dining at Chili’s for over a decade and can’t understand how they manage to keep the same prices. To be quite honest their prices rival those of fast food restaurants. Their quality remains intact and the staff is sooo damn helpful. My sever ensured that my absolutely delicious mango sweet tea refills kept on coming. The atmosphere is cheerful, the place is so clean and well organized, but I still can’t believe how they have their 3 for $10. This is what I got…bottomless mango ice tea, a crunchy chicken sandwich with seasoned fries and chips and salsa.. my total was $11.76 with taxes. They have a lot on the menu to choose from and I got so much food, I had to get several to go boxes and a full refill of my drink to go as well. I love this place!!!!
