I was very disappointed with my order. The fries were greasy and warm like they had been sitting a while. The grilled nuggets were too charred and had a burnt taste. I used a napkins to try to absorb the excess grease from the fries. I don’t know what the large black thing is in the container. I was done with it. The young man who took my order was very pleasant.

I couldn’t believe that a bowl of chicken tortilla soup was $8.00 plus. Didn’t ask to buy the whole chicken. Too much gouging going on. Seniors can’t afford this or some regular people with children. Chicken sandwich was just ok. Not impressed anymore. Grilled chicken nuggets were pitiful. Want be going back. Sorry chick filet.

The food is always fresh and hot. The service is always very fast, usually no more than 6 or 7 minutes. The employees are awesome, and they’re very friendly. I would definitely recommend.

This chicfila has a separate line for mobile orders only, which you don’t know til you get up to the front of the line then their mobile app wasn’t even working so I had to drive all the way around to go in the other line and wait for 10 minutes and when I tried explaining it to the women taking my order she completely ignored me was very rude and unprofessional. This Chick-fil-A is always taking forever for DoorDash orders. Everyone is just standing around doing nothing and anytime I plan on coming here to pick up and deliver an order i have to be prepared to wait at least 15 mins for ANY order to get done…. It messes up peoples ratings …. This is some peoples livelihood you’re playing with!!! Smh other than that it’s not a bad place to go it never takes this long in the drive through !

the people who took my order were very sweet but the lady giving it out seemed absolutely miserable being there, my daughters meal was forgotten, which is not her fault but considering she’s outside running food, she’s who i told and she had the worst attitude, completely ignored me and threw her hands up. i watched her act this way towards multiple cars.
