We ended up taking three between the two of us so we could try more and it was totally worth it
Service: Friendly but a bit slow, maybe they’re still learning or it was just really busy ♀️
Atmosphere: Nice place but a bit loud…
I was a client before the re-opening and went back there for the first time since, and to give you an idea of how it is:
I entered and i accidentally stubled over a guy sitting at the table placed in the very narrow space between the wall and the door, behind a curtain. That happened to him three more times, when i saw people leaving and arriving. I guess he also enjoyed his evening.
They initially gave me a table that was not just close to a couple, but literally next to them. I didnt want to be in a threesome date, so i asked for an other seat. The poor couple could not escape their fate: they got an other couple sitting next to them. The ending was not sweater: three people had to stand up and move to allow them to get out, because stuck in the corner.
Now, the thing that happened and made me feel I was just not “rentable” enough is that when i asked for the dessert (45 minutes after i sat at my table, waited for the menu, ordered and ate my pizza), the waiter replied reluctantly “ok, but i need the table for other people so you should leave in ten minutes”.
I can understand if you tell in advance that you have a double service, i can understand if you ask me to move to an other table (there were some free) if you need mine to make a bigger one for people waiting, but this way of treating clients it’s really disappointing and rude.
Eventually i stood up to pay (and 2 other people did the same, to let me pass) and left rushed by what i was told.
The pizza was good, but definitively not worth the bother.
Suggestion : organise your service differently and notify in advance how long people can be there, if you need to keep the clients rolling.
The pizza was fresh, tasty and delicious.
Now: much smaller pizza ~24cm, 18-20€ (Diavola), very dry and honestly i can do exactly the same pizza with pre-made italian dough from intermarché, in fact did so couple weeks ago.
