I ordered here many ,many times. Only last year was when I started to realize their patty’s are dry, and many come spicy. I specifically tell them to not give me spicy and they don’t listen to directions.. The last time was yesterday I ordered, there was big hair on my patties and again was spicy. I will go elsewhere. I tried giving this place a third try. I’m sorry, but as a Haitian, I am embarrassed at this restaurant. I ordered oxtail for $17 and legume for $13, never ever will I waste my money there again. I bought grio and it was good, but this oxtail is undercooked, tastes weird and only 2 plantains and $1 more for 2 plantains. Then the legume was smoked turkey. Nothing I ever watched my mom add to legume, was hard and had weird look.
Ayisien pou ayisien, retounen lekol or kraze buizness la paske nou pa ka fe manje. Give up! I don’t suggest anyone to go here. I really don’t. Save money and go to Miami where there’s better restaurants. This ain’t it. Zero stars all across.

I’ll update this review as I keep trying this place, but so far, 4 stars from me. I ordered through Grubhub and got the Griot meal. The rice and bean sauce was pretty good, and the meat was crispy outside and tender inside. It could use more flavor, but the gravy and pikliz more than made up for it.
The reviews here are bad, but my order of Griot was good. Time will tell if they’re consistent, and I’ll check out other dishes.

I wish I would’ve looked at the reviews before ordering from this place. I ordered from ubereats and just disgusting it looked like mush. I requested they make sure there was meat in my legume as some places tend to only add veggies and mis a little meat. Yo they literally took fried chicken and added it. Also I tasted the orange mush and almost vomited from the taste. Just ew I was raised with Haitian families I’ve been around Haitian food my whole life this this is not good Haitian food. I will never order from here again first and last.

If I could of gave zero stars I would .I ordered through Grubhub yesterday and I had to throw it away . The moment I opened the container it had a foul smell . I ordered fried turkey which was tasteless and white rice and beans . The beans had a very weird smell . The white rice smelled spoiled and the fried plantains had a very weird taste . I had to throw the whole thing away . A waste of money . Siw paka fe manje don’t have a resturant . Sa de bagay malpwop bay moun manje si . Disgusting . Then get charged for extra plantains to only get a 2 ti malere plantains . Merci okay not everyone should have restaurants . The turkey tasted like they didn’t even bother cleaning it just threw it in the fryer .

This is the dirtiest restaurant I have ever entered!! The smell of raw sewage flows thru it all the time & is filthy!!! The bathrooms are so small you can barely enter them & they smell so bad they will actually make you gag & throw up! I can’t believe that city hall allows this place to stay open! The owner is extremely rude! I saw a customer get ill & throw up in the rest & he threw them out for throwing up instead of trying to help them.This place is simply gross! Enter at your own risk!! The WORST rest. EVER!!!
