It has been a while since I went to this location, but I would guess it is under new ownership since my last meal, because everything was significantly better. (Not that the last time I was here it wasn’t good, but I bet it’s been 7 years). This food on this day, 2/22/26) was exceptional. The shrimp fritto misto was especially good. But this location was even better than other Olive Gardens I frequent. Food was incredible, and service was tops – so friendly. Kid friendliness always a big plus for us. Thank you!!!

Great night out with the team at the Onalaska Olive Garden! Our server was top-notch. Even though I don’t typically go for red wine, the Porta Vita Rosso was excellent. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for something smooth. Can’t wait to go back!

I typically go to this location and I haven’t had a problem in the past, but about a month ago I had a server, I’m fairly confident his name was Matt, who made me feel like a burden. I ordered a soup and salad and the food met my expectations, it was the service I received that was unprofessional. My server wasn’t prompt with refills and he was conversing with coworkers when I feel he should have been checking in on his tables. I hope that management recognizes that improvements need to be made.

The manager made sure that shell fish was avoided and even personally carried out my eggplant Parmesan. No, other restaurant can cook it like olive garden. It is crisp on the outside, perfectly seasoned and hot and juicy on the side. The pasta is tasted freshly good with delicious pasta sauce, hot bread sticks with olive garden house salad. The other dishes ordered all came out hot. Highly recommend the chicken parmesan. They have the frying down.

Had to wait about 15 minutes for a table, but I really can’t complain. The staff here work very hard, and they turn tables as fast as they can. Once seated, our drink orders were taken and served to us very, very quickly. I’d say the longest wait was for our main entrées, but that was to be expected, because the place was so busy. Our server Anna was amazing!! Anna was very attentive and knowledgeable. Some of the dishes were a little pricey ($17+ for cheese ravioli!) but overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend it! Would dine here again.

I always enjoy coming to Olive Garden, and this visit was no different. The food was great, the service was friendly, and everything came out hot and fresh.
The salad and breadsticks are my favorite part — you really can’t beat them. The salad dressing is perfect, and the breadsticks are always soft and warm.
I had the Chicken Alfredo this time, and it was delicious. The sauce was creamy, and the chicken was cooked just right. My husband had the Tour of Italy and loved it too.
Overall, a really nice dinner out. Olive Garden is always reliable and comforting — a great spot for a relaxed meal. If you don’t agree with me it must mean I am a scam!

I gotta say…I did not appreciate that the endless pasta bowl was still advertised, yet refused as available.
After a LOT of back and forth (with the ad pulled up on my phone), we found a work-around.
While the lasagna doesn’t touch Ciatti’s, the Alfredo sauce is quite good!
A large variety of beverages is on offer. Bread sticks are brought out hot. The salad is fine, but I love the Zuppa sausage, potato and kale soup.

It took nearly 30 minutes for us to get a waiter/waitress to our table for a drink order. Granted it was a break down in communication from the host table whom took the drink order after I went up there. The waiter was extremely nice when he was at our table, nothing bad on him. It wasn’t even busy so not sure how the break down happened. Pricing was not proportional to food received.
