I haven’t been here in a while. I’ve tried the steak bites. It is real steak! It’s good! I thought it was going to be Gristle or like the McRib. I was wrong.. it’s good stuff. I also had the chicken cordon bleu. This was one of my favorites. It is still good. All of the steak bites are gone, the chicken cordon bleu is excellent. Please bring back the steak bites.

Durin a recent visit to Arbys we brought in a few of the coupons that we received in our mail. After paying and looking at the receipt, I noticed that the cashier had not taken off the coupons. As our purpose that evening of eating at Arbys was using the coupons, I was a bit upset and decided to write corporate.

I was cooresponded back by Duane K. the Area Supervisor for Arby’s. He showed compashion about our injustice and offered us 2 free shakes (our original coupons were for .30 off a shake.).

Tonight (2/14) after my wife got off work we decided to stop by and take Duane up on the offer. I spoke with GM Watson and he knew all about our issue and gave us our order. We talked for a moment and thanked him for the shakes. He handled the situation perfectly and made us feel like a valued customer.

I cant thank Duane and Watson enough for their care in this matter. It was’just a coupon’ but Watson made sure the issue was resolved and our conversation made me and my wife feel like he sincerely wanted us to make a return visit. THAT is how you get repeat business….you make your customers feel valued.

Thank you Duane and Watson. We will be back. 🙂

So Impressed! I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich a couple days back and got home to see it was the wrong sandwich so I called the store and they told me to just come back will re make it no questions asked! I forgot to go up there and it has been a couple days since the incident so I was nervous to ask them to re make it but I decided to try. I pull up and tell the manager what had happened and he started apologizing and asked me what I needed! I told him it was just the sandwich that was wrong but he insisted he would give me a whole meal to make up for what happened. I was so thankful and he made sure everything was fresh as well you could tell the fries were right out of the fryer very hot and fresh. This act of kindness of going beyond means has made my whole day. So shout out to the manager DALLAS for being a hard and amazing worker. I appreciate you very much.

Food was expensive…paid over $24.00 for 2 Arby roast beef sandwiches ( and not a meal deal) and 1 small roast beef sandwich.. it tasted good but would had been better if they had got the order correct, though the receipt showed exactly what was ordered..we received only 1 large roast beef and a small roast beef and a ..(not recommended.. chicken sandwich) the service was polite and friendly..but so rushed that we did not have time to even look in the bag before feeling rushed to move on..
update:*please read my photo followup from yesterday 1/30/2023 ,I’m unable to add it all here my recent review so it’s under recent customer photo info* still expensive but even more and prices weren’t what was on the screen outside ordering spent close to $40 for inedible bad food.. I do know this now” I’ll never return here” and others who live here probably don’t if the treatment is what was experienced, especially when it was with combative angry staff and friends of staff who were discriminatory and I actually for the 1st time worried about being harmed .. not acceptable and I’ve tried here more than deserved ..good luck I hope the staff learns training and customer service… As well as how to fix fresh food that won’t harm you if ate. Thank you ..

3 people in party. 1st order was a simple rb sandwich. Had sandwich in hand before reciept finished printing!
Order a meal for 2 people. French dip meal, roast beef slider apple turnover. Waited for about 5 minutes for my meal to be ready in dining room. When my name was called and went back to table. The slider was missing.
Other party had already finished their meal.
5 people total including us in resturant eating.

And server had a misting fan blowing on her. WTH? Adding to the humidity and food & health code concerns.
