I noticed that the employees here work very fast and attend to their customers in a nice manner! Since the schools are relatively close, I’ve seen them get swarmed by loud kids, and even then, their effort in accommodating customers is fair. They try their very best.

They need to fire every one at this location. The staff is horrible, rude, unprofessional, and overall, the people working here lack basic customer service skills. The managers barely speak English and when there is a real problem, they refuse to offer a resolution of any kind. I had to call the 800 number to get a refund for two drinks because a mistake was made and the manager refused to help us. I will NEVER come back to this location. Hire a better/competent staff!

I decided to give this McDonald’s a third try after almost 2 years voiding at Pandanaram Road because their terrible service, lack of English knowledge, and effort to customer service. This third time was even worse. All i asked was for my McFurry to be swirled mixed and not just thrown on top, their excuse was they only do that with the Oreos and my excuse was that’s not what the advertising shows. My fries were cold, my burger was salty, and my drink tasted like carbonated old. I was so pissed off that I threw my whole $25 order to the trash bin. What a waste of my time and money. I’m never coming back and sure do not recommend this location. I’m done!!

Stopped at this place 09/15/23 at 3:30 and asked for a #7 NO PICLES. The guy on the other side called a cucksucker in Spanish just because he couldn’t understand! When I paid and took the and parked to eat. I noticed that they gave a dallar menu sandwich COLD THAT THEY TRIED TO TRIED DO REMOVED THE PICKLES!. So I came back and told the manager the guy at the window that my sandwich was cold and had picked on it! The guy got mad and turned around calling me names. So when he got back, he said, “Thank u. I appreciated it!” He turned around, calling me names. So I parked again, and they just heated it up the same sandwiches they gave me before I couldn’t believe it! Even the paper rap was the same dirty with sauce and onions! So I came back again! Knocked on the window for 5 minutes. Till another car showed up, or else I would wait even more. So I told THE MANAGER . “Plz u gave me the same sandwiches. Look at the pickles mark on it. Plz return my money!” So he just closed the window at my face! Me personally never go back! Especially with the amazing dinner across the street. Forgot to day French fries was horrible too much salt!!

This is the fifth time I’ve ordered a sandwich and when I get home they make a different one. I ordered a Bacon Buffalo Ranch Deluxe McCrispy and they made the Bacon Buffalo Mc Crispy. The guy at the counter serves everyone with a sour face and bad mood. Order 201 on 11/23 at 6:31 pm. I’m writing this review because I’m tired of buying sandwiches here and when I get home it’s not what I ordered.

Horrible customer service. The manager started my order, didn’t finished it and went back to the kitchen. They all look at you from inside the kitchen and don’t even come out to ask if you need anything. She didn’t ask what table I was sitting and just left the order at the counter inside a bag. This place needs new employees with urgency…look at all these one star reviews!

The worst Drive Thru of all time. If you go after 10pm , forget about it and they tell you they only accept Cash…. They sound like they don’t even want to work…… Trash customer service.

I went to pick up my mobile order today, gave the woman at the mic my number. When I drove up she gave me the wrong receipt, I explained my order was wrong and showed her my code from my phone. She spoke to someone else and they said oh okay no worries drive up. So I drove up and the manager Elsa also tried to hand me the wrong food. I had to explain myself all over again until she repeatedly kept asking me “where is the food” and it took me a minute to register that she was accusing me of already having picked up the food. I showed her the receipt with the time and date and address of the order which was literally 1 minute earlier than the time it currently was and repeatedly kept accusing me of stealing saying that she didn’t care what the screen says. I guess she saw I was being serious at some point and offered to make my food for me but at that point I didn’t want it. I don’t need to be accused of stealing some French fries. McDonald’s is not allowing me to refund my order it’s saying I need to contact the location but the location isn’t helping me so I’ll do a charge back with my bank. Elsa needs to find a new profession.

Absolutely horrible experience this time. I ordered my food, a quarter pounder with cheese and bacon, a 10 piece nugget, a large fry and a Hi-c. The person I was with ordered their food. They got their food first and I waited for mine. I finally got mine and quickly looked in my bag to make sure it was what I ordered, it all looked fine so I left. We got a few miles down the road and I opened the box for my quarter pounder and I was not a quarter pounder it was a fish sandwich! I looked at my order ticket and the ticket on my bag and they both said quarter pounder. This should not happen, the workers have a person’s order in plain English right in front of them there is no excuse for them to put a fish sandwich in a bag when the order says quarter pounder. I just don’t understand how this can happen. I was not happy at all I was looking forward to the quarter pounder.
