I stopped by today to get a special burrito the fili burrito that’s only offered at this one specific location And a bag of those hot carrots. Definitely one of my favorite go to but budget wise. I don’t go often. Unfortunately, I was served a chorizo and egg burrito which by comparison to the other burrito is just normal. Where is the FILI burrito is unique and exceptional. So I called the store to let them know you’re switching orders or mixing them up and she says well yeah your order is still here, like I did something wrong going through the drive-through. I told her I just put three kids down to bed and I can’t just come back and get it right now then I’ll have to come back at a different time and she hung up. I’ve searched and I can’t figure out how to get a hold of the company that owns it so that I can get a reimbursement for another burrito.

Ordered carne asada fries and rolled tacos with guacamole.
Rolled tacos with guac were extra salty
Fries were over cooked as if they were refried 3x. Fork couldn’t even pick them up.
Had to call the location 3x times before anyone answered.

How do I order nachos and get a burnt french fry. And burnt is an under statement. They found the Wesley Snipes of fries and skimped on the meat.

Ordered carne asada fries around midnight. Was not expecting that it would have so many toppings piled on which I thought was great until I found that it was to hide the stiff overcooked fries, some of which are burned. Not sure why they would serve this when they were not busy.

Employment is the largest expense in any business, I can’t imagine how much money this location is wasting in time prepping teaspoon hot sauce servings in tiny containers. It frustrates both your employees and your customers… You’ve increased your prices by 33% the least you could do is make sure we get enough hot sauce and it will ultimately reduce prep times

Been out of town for nearly a decade and forgot just how huge the burritos are here! And they don’t add a bunch of fillers either. Got the carne asada burrito and it’s just filled with meat, guac, and pico. So good! Guy running the drive thru at midnight was super friendly and patient with me as I asked a bunch of questions about the menu. Looking forward to returning!

I’ve been going to Filiberto’s quite sometime, but man the Carne Asada Fries sucked. The cheese wasn’t melted, the fries taste like i had the old batch, and the guacamole just wasn’t right. Also everytime I’ve went to Filiberto’s it had a amazing amount of frys, but this time it wasn’t. For 15 bucks, it that disappointed me.

Filiberto’s is one of those late-night spots that never lets you down when you’re craving something fried, cheesy, and unapologetically greasy, in the best possible way. Let’s talk about the real star here: the caramel-filled churros. They are ridiculous. Like, “I-should-be-ashamed-but-I’m-not” good. Crispy outside, molten sugar lava inside, the kind of dessert that could convince you to forgive all your life’s bad decisions (or at least postpone dealing with them).
Now, on the vegan side… let’s just say this isn’t exactly a plant-based paradise. The only potentially vegan thing is the bean and rice burrito, and that’s a “maybe.” Depends on how you feel about mystery refried oil situations. So if you’re vegan, bring a snack or come for the churros and pretend the rest of the menu doesn’t exist.
Service is fast, portions are big, and atmosphere is pure “drive-thru confession booth for the hungry and slightly unhinged.” Cheap, satisfying, and consistently chaotic in the best way possible.
