I just had dinner there a little while ago and I had the best time! Jasmine was our server and everything was perfect. She had amazing suggestions and was the best server I’ve had by far. I’d recommend anyone to come here and ask for her specifically. I’d rate more stars if I could. We’ll definitely be back.

Claire is an extremely proficient waitress, with a very pleasing! She presented helpful suggestions and anticipated my needs before I requested anything.

In the way of a suggestion for the restaurant, I would cut back on the amount of salt used In the crab queso dip. It was delicious but Very salty.

Winter was our server and did an excellent job. She was kind, attentive and friendly. She even surprised us with a free dessert when she found out it was our anniversary. The food came hot and delicious, definitely one of our top restaurants.

I’ve never walked out before. Front the start out experience today was not good. I realize, Valentines Day, busy. However, we can at around 12:15, it was not busy when we showed up or even for a bit after we were sat. First, upon entering the hostess did not even look up at us, smile or greet us, like literally did not lift her head, even when she informed us they had no booths (we would have liked one, but did not ask for one) and gave her trainee our table number. Her trainee who was clearly very nervous, took us to our table, which was next to a leak in the roof and two dish buckets on the floor. Now looking around we saw several other clean tables farther from the open ceiling tile and also several cleaned booths. Never the less, we said nothing. When I asked my serve for a cherry cola, she replied we don’t have Coke, we have Pepsi and not cherry, but we have grenadine. Umm.. okay, so cherry cola then? She then brought my wife who asked for a diet, a Mt. Dew. We watched as our sever made several mistakes at her tables around us, but again, decided she was likely new and gave her the benefit of the doubt. This included putting in the ring order for an older women next to us, who wad then told by another server they would correct the mistake and have her food out in about 3 minutes, it took more than 20, at which point she took a bite, then asked for a box. 45 minutes or watching other tables who were sat after us get their food, refills on drinks and biscuits, we asked for some more biscuits. She told us she was waiting on a batch from the oven. Then I watched as another server went back to the kitchen, got a full basket for her table, then our server go back into the kitchen and bring us nothing. 5-10 after that, when she did bring us the biscuits it was in a salad bowl that seemed to have come straight out of the freezer. We watched several people in other sections be sat, fed and checked out and still we had only revived soda, biscuits and a salad. I told my wife, after watching our sever go back to the kitchen again, that if she did not come out with our food, I was done. Mind you, her table behind us was having a similar experience. She do apologize once, about 30m before the for the lateness of our food, but that was 30m ago. When she came out of the kitchen, completely empty handed once again, no refills, no food. We decided to walk out. Kind you this location was also filthy, roller vacuums in plain site, trash on the floor… I did see the bus boy trying, but also having to visit 3 buckets before finding one to wet his rag to clean his tables. And what appeared to be the manager only walking around with his face in a tablet and not actually engaging with anyone or anything around him. When we left, my wife attempted to say something to the hostess, who once again did not even raise her head and ignored us. I’m usually pretty patient, my wife even more so than me, but this… this was the worst experience in casual dining I have ever had.

I’m going out of the way to write this review? Because I actually ordered through GrubHub, but I had to call ahead of time and ask a ridiculous request. I’m personally allergic to the lemon. Which I know is outlandish considering it’s a seafood restaurant? But I called I asked politely? I was greeted with kindness, understanding and a promise that there would be no lemon on my food.
That promise was kept.
And every single thing that I ordered is in perfect condition and exactly as I ordered it. I plan on leaving a good review on GrubHub as well. But I wanted to take the time to say thank you, and leave one on Google as well. It’s really hard when you have food allergies. So I really appreciate you guys being kind about the whole thing and keeping your work. And the food is delicious 10/10.

Valerie was an amazing server and the best I have had so far. She was very kind and kept us in the loop when our food was taking a bit longer due to how busy the restaurant was. Will definitely be coming here again!

Kylie was AWESOME! It was my birthday and she brought me out a hot fudge caramel chocolate sundae and it was incredible. She was very happy and attentive waitress. She was always there to serve us. The bartender was good also came out and help Carly with the drinks sometimes

A large group of us went out to dinner together and had a great time. Red Lobster is one of the few places that still takes a reservation, so we were able to walk right in despite having a party of a dozen people. This location has a separate room in the back, so we were able to be somewhat private from the rest of the restaurant. Our server Kylie gave us great service with a smile! She got all our orders right and was able to handle all our separate checks. We’re already talking about doing it again next year around the holidays.
