No one knows how to load a damn taco properly. Pretty much just lettuce. If you get a party pack half will be cold half warm. They will never answer the phone and no one cares that you’re missing any food or if your orders messed up. Especially if it’s with DoorDash it’s “not their problem”

Food is good. Wait isn’t bad. I’m new to Topeka but just yesterday I ate at IHOP here in Topeka. I had to show my receipt to get all the items I ordered. It was weird-the waiter didn’t at first believe me and told me that if I wanted everything I ordered that I would have to pay for those items. Well I got my items because I had my receipt. Anyway, here was a similar experience. I ordered my food and got it and left and when I went through my bag of food half way home I noticed they forgot my taco, chalupa, and spicy ranch sauce that I paid for. Is it like this all over Topeka? The Taco Shop and BoBo’s at least isn’t. But it’s just odd it’s happened to be me twice now consecutively two days in a row both today and yesterday here in Topeka. So, the service isn’t perfect here at Taco Bell. Just be studious, civil and firm. Have your receipt and know what your ordered so that if you don’t have everything you can get it. 30 minute wait in the drive through. I prdered the $9 luxe box with the dipping tacos and they told me they were out of chalupas and offered an alternative item. I asked to sub in doritos loco taco. I got home only to find they gave me a grilled cheese steak burrito that they filled with the garlic ranch sauce and a regular crunchy taco that they filled with *beans*, not any meat at all. Completely unacceptable

Ripoff -Doors locked – place online order to pick up order inside to get order. Manager locked doors. But sure didn’t lock the pay online function. How can you operate a business without opening the doors? Might as well close this place. Can’t pay more for help , BS YOUR PRICES ARE NOT THAT CHEAP. Finally got my order at the other door 20 minutes later , had to play like your a Doordash driver.

The cheese on the grilled cantina taco was uncooked and the burritos literally had no meat inside of them. They wouldn’t give me a refund because I did a pickup order. It’s ridiculous I learned my lesson about wanting a little cheat meal. Never coming back to Taco Bell ever again. I’ll go spend the same amount of money for Quality authentic Mexican food.

We arrived at 7:22 pm to pick up a mobile order, the doors were locked, and the lobby was closed. There were 15 cars in the drive thru.19 minutes later we received our order. Why on a Saturday evening is the lobby closed? The point of ordering ahead is so you don’t have to wait.

I wanted to be understanding and gave them more time to redeem themselves. Everytime I order from here it’s a 30 minute wait time either drive thru or dinner. This time a teammate went to pick up our order and they didn’t find an order at 2.35 that was supposed to be ready at 2.13. They managed to ommit all my vegetarian food so I have to starve at work for 5 more hours. Also they didn’t send ANY sauces with the luxe cravings box. Nothing!
Hello!!! Some people actually can’t afford DD or picking up expensive food. I work with people also and my shifts are 10h long and hard too. That’s literally my lunch and your service sucks big time!

The staff didn’t order correctly and after I had come back to receive help and assistance from the manager just for the correction to still be incorrect. What kind of service are you providing if you can’t even listen to the costumer. And although upset, I remained within composure , it’s sad to see the status to which the service has fell to in general pertaining to Topeka.

Initially went inside, but was ignored by staff as they cut up with their friends/customers inside the store. The lobby was full of people waiting so we decided to just go through the drive through, which was clearly a mistake. I waited upwards of 30 minutes by the time I got to the window. Also, when I looked through the window, I saw my lane time was started 2 minutes before hand. I have worked in fast food. Completely ridiculous.
