I’m giving 2 stars because the fries were really good and fresh. However, I ordered a Fish Fil A sandwich with extra cheese, and while I did get the sandwich, it was missing the extra cheese and tartar sauce. I feel ripped off, especially since I didn’t notice until I got all the way home and was already in bed. At that point, I wasn’t about to drive back to have it remade.

I went through the drive-thru after work hoping for a quick, satisfying meal. I was genuinely excited until I took a bite and realized it was missing key parts of my order. It’s disappointing to pay full price and not receive what I asked for.

I tried to use one of my rewards. I got up to the first window and the guy messed up the code entry. When I inquired as to why the order wasn’t paid for with my card on file, he got very defensive and simply ushered me on to the next window. At the next window they were not very much help either. I tried to explain the situation, but they just cut me off, and then charged me full price (not applying the reward). They offered no receipt, and did not apply my purchase to my points bank. Not a good experience.

my husband went in thinking it would be a good place to stop for a quick snack for us before he had to drop me off at work, being that it’s FAST FOOD and all. he ended up waiting over forty minutes for a simple order of one sandwich combo and a 10 pc nugget, all the while they charged his card without giving him our food, the receipt, or asking if he’d like one. turns out, the employees just “forgot” about our order for OVER 40 MINUTES and kept him waiting so long i ended up late for work because i didn’t have a ride other than him. eventually, after 30 minutes of waiting, an employee came up to him, said something in spanish that he could not understand, but virtually explained they had entirely forgot half of our order. all in all, we waited an HOUR total for a sandwich combo and a 10 pc nugget. we were regulars at this location before this, but the staff at this particular time (4:30 pm, 03/2/2026) gave such terrible service we will not be returning. as a food industry worker who has done chain restaurant work myself, i understand being caught in a rush and busy, but not only was the restaurant empty, the employees were not apologetic whatsoever. actually unbelievable to me, the way you can clearly tell none of them care about their jobs.

I come to this McDonald’s regularly and it is pretty busy in the morning, but they always seem to get the food out Very quickly, it’s always hot.The staff is very helpful and polite. And I wanted to highlight Jennifer one of the managers, that is usually working when I come in the morning. She really has.It makes a point to take care of the customer, i had an issue where I ordered the wrong thing. It was completely on me and she ended up making it right even though it wasn’t on her to do so, this to me, this is a perfect example of what good customer service is, and the fact that came from a manager will set an example for other employees to follow. I would recommend this McDonald’s to everyone. Thank you so much Jennifer for being a shining example of a wonderful human and an amazing customi service representative and manager. And whoever is in charge, needs to give her a promotion, J.S.

Kid at the drive through with the rings is really disrespectful. I was just there to pick up my order. If you hate your job so much look for a better one instead of releasing that frustration towards customers.

Ordered through the McDonald’s app (McDelivery), paid McDonald’s directly, and a menu item was missing. When I contacted McDonald’s Customer Care, they acknowledged the issue but now say I must contact DoorDash myself to resolve it.

I didn’t order through DoorDash – I ordered through McDonald’s. I was hungry, didn’t get what I paid for, and now I’m being bounced between companies just to get a refund.

Is this normal? Has anyone actually gotten McDonald’s to take responsibility for McDelivery orders?

Placed an order through a mobile app with McDonald’s only to be denied food that was pre-paid for. The experience was bad and customer service was poor. After contacting corporate, a manager named Erica reached out for a resolution. I asked her for a refund and she said you have to go back to the store to receive the refund. The roads are dangerous because of the ice and now I can’t even get a refund for a mobile order that was paid electronically on the app. This fast food chain is poor and has terrible service. If your in a interracial relationship the employees here will treat you differently and will not see as an equal. Never going to return to this racist atmosphere toxic restaurant again. I will be spending my money at other companies instead in the future.

The power oulets were not working , I actually went there to eat and charge up my phone a lil bit while I was eating, the fries were cold when they gave them to me, had to ask them to make some fresh fries, and they did also gave me a large fry instead of a medium which I appreciated, the rest of the food I ordered was hot, maybe they had a little electrical issue then, but I believe I know the real reason is because they don’t want people lobbying or overstaying their time using the power outlets.
