Our server Said was very attentive and courteous our food was served quick and hot my steak was cooked perfectly I ordered medium had pink middle soft juicy and melted in your mouth the sliders were overcooked but Said had them replaced free of charge and they were great! The sliders themselves are on the small side but we’re good. The French fries were delicious crispy outside soft inside had the perfect seasoning and nice and hot. There was a group celebrating a kids birthday when we arrived and they all seemed happy. We traveled over an hour to get to this TGI Friday’s and I’m glad we did. If you aren’t sure about visiting this restaurant because I saw some poor reviews, let me tell you, that just like many other things, views vary and situations change so on this day, our visit was excellent. The hostess greeted us when we arrived and all of the employees were working together and made it a great lunch visit! We were to full for desert.

Me and my family came here to eat dinner, soon as we walked in the girl at the front just looked at us she didn’t greet us at all, then when my kids got their burgers they were pink inside and when we asked to get them remade it took 20 minutes until they brought out more then the burgers were still pink and it’s not crowded at all so the food should have been done correctly

Edit — August 2025: Location no longer has the Beyond Burger. I was there a week ago, and still today, it’s not available on their online order site. All other “close” (PA, MI, IL, WV) locations still carry it. I have a feeling this location my be the next on the chopping block if they’re not backfilling out of stock food. This location is already 2+ hours from my house, all other locations are even farther. Unfortunately, I probably won’t be back. I will greatly miss Fridays.
April 2025: The food, service, and atmosphere were exceptional. I drove over two hours just to get a grilled Beyond Meat burger, and it was absolutely worth it! With all the locations near me now closed, I can see why this Friday’s stands out. From the moment we walked in, everything was pristine—the floors, host counter, booths, and restrooms were spotless. Our order was not only accurate but also prepared to perfection.

Came in for a post Valentine’s Day dinner. Our server was Notoria and she was absolutely amazing. She was very sweet and attentive. The food came out perfect and the ribs were to die for. All of the Fridays in our area closed so it was such a treat to find this gem is still around

I haven’t been to Friday’s in a while but came today and it was worth coming to. They have a whole new menu and the server was fast, personal able and extremely friendly. When you go ask for the server Destinee, you won’t be disappointed. She was awesome!

Server Victoria was amazing.
For someone who just started a month or two ago..She very well.
However, the special promotion that inspired our visit was unavailable. We were told it couldn’t be offered because they were out of tater tots, and the kitchen wouldn’t allow substitutions for the platter. Additionally, the kids menu was just a Word document, which was surprising for a national brand.
I ordered a meatless option the truffle mushroom burger for $17. I asked if the price could be adjusted since I wanted only the mushrooms with no protein, and the server confirmed that it could.
The food took quite a while to arrive, and unfortunately, it was terrible. When the check came, my mushroom-only sandwich was still $16.48. The server explained she had been told afterward that the price couldn’t be adjusted. I asked to speak with a manager, and after some time the check was corrected but only after I passionately insisted. I paid the rest of my bill without contest even tho me and my family was severely unsatisfied with the food.
Overall, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. There are much better food options and far better service at many other restaurants. Save yourself the headache, discomfort, and stomach ache go somewhere else.

As you can see from the pictures, there was hair in the mozzarella sticks, so definitely a turn off, and although they did replace him with his skins, because I didn’t want the mozzarella sticks, obviously from the same batch for the same reason because it was on two different ones and I did not finish inspecting the rest but I didn’t think it was a good idea. Got a little bit of attitude from the waitress who is also not helpful didn’t come and offer me another drink or any of the other things that I feel some issue maybe she was overworked and a little understaffed not sure what the problem is but definitely a disconnection. My family and I went there today we called ahead of time meaning we literally called while we in the parking lot asking if there was a wait time because our 8 month old baby had just fell asleep and our toddler was hungry and didn’t want to wait they said NO there was no wait we walked in 30 seconds later the hostess with the rude attitude and terrible bob said there was a 15 minute wait and after i said we called she said “I don’t know who you spoke to but uhh no” we waited 20 minutes which i have no idea why when the restaurant was so dead I then asked to speak to the manager because of her attitude and just to let them know they should fix their communication. The manager (the bartender) he’s in the photos from other reviews who did not bother to give me his name either was also rude! He said me and my husband were liars that we called 20 minutes before coming in after i told him we were in the parking lot and didn’t want to come in and wait standing up while our child was sleeping then i told him his hostess was rude and she should just be nicer and he responded with ” Let me ask this do you guys even wanna eat here?” I said no thanks he responded okay BYE! and walked away I would neverrr go here again this was actually a last resort because Texas roadhouse wait was an hour this is possible the worst restaurant i have ever entered such a disappointment and it’s because of the manager and the hostess do better guys and fix that nasty attitude!

At this point just close already. Ordered a app, 2 entrees and a dessert. Wings came out with the wrong sauce, steak severely undercooked. Second one they just charred and then microwaved. And then somehow they bring out the wrong dessert. Just bad all around. Wasn’t busy at all. Most of the staff was just standing around hanging out.

Walked in on a Saturday around 8 PM. No one to be found at the check-in station. Looked around, waited about 30 seconds, grabbed a menu and headed to the bar. Grabbed a seat, and waited. Two employees were working behind the bar, but they choose to ignore me. They never bothered to greet me or acknowledge my presence.
Sat there for about 10 minutes, then got up and left.
I should have known better. One side of the bar was full of dirty cups and dishes. There was no place to sit on that entire side of the bar. I should have taken a photo of that mess and posted it with my review.
I can go to Burger King and be treated better.
REGARDING OWNER RESPONSE:
Thanks for taking the time to respond. You have lost the opportunity to serve me. I have no reason to ever set foot in the Brooklyn location ever again. It’s a shame that it is the last TGI Friday’s location still open in Ohio. Do you realize that I can go across the parking lot to Hooley’s, or near by to El Palenque, Carrabba’s, or the Ice House and receive better service?
