The food was amazing! Chicken was just a little bit under seasoned, for my liking. Both wings and breasts, but the orange Hennessey sauce made up for it. The waiter was awesome. I recommend tomato cucumber and onion salad.

INCOMPETENT IGNORANT STAFF. Made an order 20 mins before going in. They didn’t even start it yet, then they wanted to upcharge me for extra sauce! They call that customer service? Hopefully cooperate does something about this! This is the second time! And it was the general manger who I was talking to!!! Definitely don’t eat here, HOT GARBAGE. I’ve contacted cooperate already.

Called three times and waited over 20 mins for a pick up order that had been ready. Couldn’t go in since I had a dog or I would have but why say you’re about to bring it when you don’t? Incompetent employees that lie and do not actually care. Never had such a poor experience at any other TGI in the country. Maybe train your employees not to lie to customers faces.

We’re from out of town visiting family and we all got together here for dinner. We had a large party and our first impression was set by the manager Ashley. She was awesome and did a fantastic time setting up our party of 16. Our waitress Alicia was AMAZING! She was fun and friendly and helped us celebrate my sister for her birthday. They weren’t bothered that we were so many, they adjusted my nephews order when he mistakenly ordered the wrong food, and they let us visit without hovering or rushing. It was an excellent experience for sure!

It gets a 4 star bc the staff who helped really did help. Bill was 70$ and the food was eh. But what really had me in aw was the sliders I ordered. Like I would of never sent this out I would of apologized for the longer wait but the lady waiting on us fixed it second time around was better. Never send out food u wouldn’t eat. Been in restaurant bussiness for 11 years of I wouldn’t eat it my customers don’t see it…

The service was great! Thank you, Katy! The food was awesome!! I took my hubby a burger and onion rings, and he said it was the best he had in a long time. He’s very picky, so that was a huge compliment! We got together to celebrate one of our group’s (The Yayas) birthday! It was fabulous! Portions were great on the chicken and shrimp pasta, and the taste was wonderful. It’s definitely a great go-to for atmosphere and food!!

My son and I went for dinner the waitress signed us up for the rewards program we got free chips And salsa and will be able to use the rewards more as we go there. The food was tasty we really enjoyed our dinner there will be back.
