We went there just to order a juice because my husband’s sugar levels were dropping because he’s diabetic. The cashier Nyah was so fast to take care of that issue. I couldn’t help but oder food due to her caring attitude. She was so friendly I had to tell her manager how much we liked how she served her customers.

Cashier ANAIZAHA and Mgr. NICOLE and all who were involved with my order were FANTASTIC! Their communication skills, were the very best, my order was taken without interruptions, served fresh and hot. And although I’m never rushing through the drive thru I must state that the location took my order collected my pay, and served me under 3 minutes and their service is worth 10x’s the star ratings but because 5 is the highest rating I give you 5 stars NICOLE , ANAIZAHA, & CREW @6437 Columbia Ave. Hammond Indiana.

Came in at noon on a Wednesday and had the best experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. Ordered on the app and went to use the restroom. By the time I came out, my order was ready.
Food was hot and honestly way beyond the quality of most McDonald’s. Enough cheese, condiments, and the food wasn’t squished.
Lively atmosphere but not overwhelming.

I came to get a burger at 1:30 am but they said they were closed. But Google map says they are open until 3:30. The staff at this store are very rude. It is better not to come to this store.

Automated system, not sure if they’re just testing it out, but it messed up our order. Added mayo that we didn’t ask for, put the patties so far apart they weren’t even on the bun, forgot the chicken nuggets, cold fries, and too much seltzer in the coke (likely needed to be refilled or swapped).

Visited this establishment on the late during the early morning hours (12:15 am on 4/27). The food was cold and the sprite was nasty. I don’t fault them for the drink as they probably didn’t know it needed to be changed. But I do blame them for my cold burger. The bun was warm but the meat was cold as if they took it from an old sandwich. I know for a fact the meat in the holder is kept at a certain temperature so how is it possible to get a cold sandwich? Whoever is in the grill is definitely lazy and should be ashamed of the quality of food being served. As a former employee and manager I despise this. I settled for the burger because they said they don’t serve fish at these hours. Franchise decisions or just a lazy cook. I hope they’re over night shift gets it together very soon. I have no complaints about this place during the day as I visit frequently.

Went in for coffee and it was busy as usual. While waiting the manager, Nicole, spent the entire duration of my visit verbally abusing and belittling her staff. Trying to find owner or general manager information to report her. This was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Those people were being treated like they were trash. The manager should not be in a place of authority over anyone with behavior like that.

Love the food but so tired of stopping in and getting steak bagels and having bagels that seem to have sat out for days. Always hard bagels that break apart instead of the soft warm ones you get elsewhere. Going to have to find somewhere else for a quick breakfast.
