I went to breakfast today and got me a steak egg and cheese bagel. I attempted to use my mobile rewards on the app to get a free sausage McGriddle. The app wasn’t working properly for me when I went into the store. The manager was so nice and did me a solid. She made me a sausage McGriddle anyways since the app wasn’t working! All in all a good experience and the food was great!

I don’t know what’s changed but I think the night crew needs to relearn on what sizes or what if you’re going to charge somebody for a large give them a large. Sucks that this is one of the few places that’s open late enough for me to actually get food it’s a miracle when you get warm fries and a not flat drink. After fully checking my order it seems that they did not listen one bit I’m allergic to onions and there are onions covering both of my double cheeseburgers now I cannot even eat them thank you for the freezing cold french fries the somewhat warm chicken nuggets and the two cheeseburgers I paid for and can’t even eat now how hard is it to follow simple instructions I will not be returning to this location even if it is the only place near me to eat when I get off work.

Placed a large order days ahead of time. It was hot & ready when I arrived. Staff was friendly. People frequently complain about quick service food chains. I was very happy about my experience with this one.

This location is actually one of the nicer ones in the area. The woman manager is always pleasant and takes pride in running the restaurant. The only drawback is that their drive-thru can be very slow at night. I will say the Diet Coke here is as good as it gets!

Absolutely worst experience I’ve had here yet. Placed my curbside order around 7:17 tonight and waited nearly 30 minutes for my food only for my nuggets to be missing so I wait another half hour for someone to finally serve me. not only was the service terrible, my food was also cold because of how long i had to wait. if i could rate 0 stars, i would without thinking twice

Very slow and they pull your car into a parking spot for just a burger and fries. Only way you’re getting your food at the window in a timely manner is probably if you ask for napkins and a ketchup packet

Despite some other negative reviews, this McDonald’s has a few redeeming qualities worth mentioning.
First, the food always comes out fresh, even if the order isn’t quite right initially. They’re quick to fix mistakes, and they don’t make you give back the incorrect item, which is appreciated.
Second, there’s a young woman with braids who works here who really stands out. She’s energetic, outgoing, and genuinely personable with customers. I noticed her smiling and joking around, and when my iced coffee was wrong, she took care of it immediately. She’s clearly on top of things—if she isn’t a manager already, she should be.
As for the atmosphere, it’s a typical McDonald’s — nothing fancy, but they have plugs by many wall seats, which is handy for charging devices while you eat. The dining area is spaced out which is nice so everyone isn’t right on top of each other. They also don’t restrict how long you can stay, which is a plus. It could be a bit cleaner, but it’s still cleaner than most fast food spots since you can usually find a clean seat.

There is a huge issue with the person who works the second window here. They will tell you to pull over into the curbside pickup spots, even if you only ordered one thing and there’s nobody else in the drive through.

I usually don’t have an issue going through this McDonald’s but this night really made me upset, I used to work at McDonald’s and understand when closing the ice cream machines need to be throughly cleaned, well this establishment closes at 1 am, it only takes 2 hours to clean the machine (I can confirm from my experience and from a current worker there) I go through the drive through order to order a milkshake, at 9 pm keep in mind they close at 1, the person taking my order says that their machine is down, now I’m not upset at the person taking my order, they were great, but it’s every single time I come through hours before they close they’re “cleaning the machine”, anyway, I order, and then drive up to the window to get my food, I see this (picture below) initially I thought they were emptying the sweet tea machine and for some reason keeping it in individual cups but then I saw who I presume is the manager pour one of these open cups into another cup for a customer yuck! Just imagine the bugs and dust that might be getting into that, it’s disgusting, and then apart from that, when receiving my food the manager (again who I presume is the manager) doesn’t even make eye contact and basically throws the food at me, this is very disappointing
