I visited this restaurant while in town for an adaptive skiing event with the Wounded Warrior Project. We chose to have dinner here, and both the food and the service were outstanding. The experience was so good that a friend and I returned the very next day for lunch.
For dinner, I had the ribeye, which was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The following day, I tried the ribeye sandwich for lunch and was equally impressed. The French fries are truly exceptional—crispy, fresh, and unlike any I’ve had elsewhere.
The service deserves special recognition. The staff is attentive, welcoming, and proactive—refills were offered before we even had to ask. Everything about the experience reflected quality and care.
I will absolutely be returning to this restaurant again and again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent food and top-tier service.

The food was amazing! The service was terrible. The bar tender looked annoyed the entire time. There were 3 servers and only one of them would bus tables and act as a hostess. We would have gotten something sweet to take home but we were never asked. We had to ask for refills when the cups were clearly empty. Servers could make good money if they would just turn their tables. The amount of time they wasted going to the back without clearing tables or bringing refills was wild. As a prior server we semi bussed our table and had to hand her the plates for her to even take it. Management never came out. It starts at the top!

Oh my gosh! Our family has no words on how much we enjoyed this restaurant and the food! It was beyond perfect for us! We wished we would have planned to have all our meals there while visiting Banner Elk, NC.
The gluten free pizza crust was one of the best I’ve had! There were plenty of cheeses on my pizza and the cheesy sticks my daughter ordered.

To be honest we did take out but what I saw of the Atmosphere and the brief service I had it was top notch. Now to the food. The pizza was great. We are a long way from New York but it was outstanding. We had a large mushroom pizza and it was delicious with decent sized slices. We also had a sausage calzone and this was amazing as well. Plenty of filling and it was very tasty. Definitely worth it if you are around the Banner Elk area. Plus it is in the same shopping center as Food Lion.

The food was great, service was amazing, the place is very casual. Prices are very reasonable as well. Good fresh pizza, tomato sauce was good and fresh. Only thing was a bit disappointing was that they add to your bill 3% credit card fee and another 20% service which does go to the waitress, so you feel you have to add more to the waitress due to her great service… which add up to over 30% by itself. A bit much in my opinion.

This was a great surprise! Honestly, had low expectations since it was one of only a handful of restraunts in the area. But its rating is well deserved! The bread and the meatballs were absolutely the star of the night! The staff was incredibly friendly and this place is as busy as it gets so just keep that in mind. Also, we purposely ordered a pizza to go to have for breakfast the next day and it heated up just as good as when it was fresh from their oven!
