Came in for my mom’s birthday on November 12 evening. One of the closing servers was not attentive once so ever. Barley checked on us had to ask other servers for things even gave the guy a tip because of how much he was helping us out versus our actual server. Our food all came out wrong I got the filet cooked medium came out rare and my husband got rybye cooked med rare came out well done I’ll post pictures to show. Very upset as basically our whole table is in the service industry and we’re looking foward to this celebration. Will not be back to this location and I recommend you don’t either.

The manager doing Super Bowl weekend 2026 did give me my full order so I had to go back to get the rest of my order and he accommodated me with a $20 gift card for the next time I come to outback But I did not check the debit card. And I’ve visited a motor outback restaurant to use a gift card and found out it was expired card that you gave me.
Thanks for nothing

Went here for dinner last weekend after a long workday. The place had a relaxed vibe, nothing too fancy but still felt like a proper steak house. I ordered a ribeye cooked medium and it came out pretty close to what I asked for, juicy and well seasoned. Sides were decent, the mashed potatoes could’ve been a bit hotter but flavor was good. Service was friendly and not rushed, which I appreciated since it was fairly busy. Prices felt reasonable for the portion size. Overall, it was a solid experience and I’d be fine coming back again when I’m in the mood for steak and a low key night out.

Came to the Outback restaurant, got here at 335 right after the lunch times ended. That’s ok. My party and I ordered, we were brought bread and our drinks, and then…nothing. For 40 minutes, there’s zero communication. Besides one other table occupied, my party was alone. The place is empty besides us. The restaurant atmosphere seems sluggish, since there’s no to-go orders, and the place being empty. Finally, I ask a server why the wait was? At 45 minutes and zero new customers, be it inside or carry out, the appetizer salads haven’t even been brought out, and last I checked- salads aren’t cooked in any way, shape or form. We’re told it shouldn’t be much longer by our server. I mention, “if you’re goin to bring my appetizer of a salad out with my entree, you might as well cancel it, since it defeats the purpose of it being an appetizer.”
The waitress says ok, and then the manager appears. It’s an IMMEDIATE shift in demeanor from the waitress to the manager, JUDITH. Instantly she starts with “oh, I didn’t know we were in such a hurry!”, which is very weird to say when a restaurant is empty and it’s been over 40 minutes waiting on SALADS. I mentioned that the wait times without even a drop-by to the table with an update, who’ll the place sits empty, is kinda wild. I’m cut off and told “well these things have to cook, food takes time.”
I respond “salads should not take this long, once again emphasizing the empty restaurant. JUDITH’s next response was “well I’m sorry for you wait, truly. We will get that out as quickly as possible, and your meal is on me today.” Fine, cool, whatever.
It was the comment she walked by and said right after, of “it’s only been 33 minutes you’ve been waiting”, before disappearing into the back, that caused me to write this review, because if that’s the comments you make purposely in front of your customers because you don’t have an actual reason for being incredibly slow with only 2 tables occupied in an entire otherwise empty restaurant, I don’t want to know what’s said purposely out of earshot. The waitstaff did their job the best they could. JUDITH THE MANAGER was RUDE, and realistically this entire situation would’ve went so much better had she cared more about the professionalism of her job, rather than snarky remarks.
The food, upon putting it into my car, was barely hot. Had to put it right into the microwave, which means all that wait time was for nothing, truly.
2/10 instead of 0/10 because at least the waitress was nice.

We have been here a few times over the years and we have always gotten fast and friendly service. Our last visit was no different. The food tasted very good and the staff was very friendly. Our drinks were cold and tasty. I really like the sirloin steak and I usually add on the shrooms. I also love the shrimp on the barbie. We will be back.

-.0 /10 couldn’t cut into let alone bite into this tough meat. The spinach dip was one large glob. This is so disappointing. Won’t be eating from the point meadows location again.

When we got there wasnt too busy at all, service was very slow though. Waiters great, food not great. When my family ordered didnt cook the right steak twice. When I didnt like one of the meals I got the mozzarella sticks instead. Absolute grease and oil. Sauce was also just oil and chunks. Dont reccomend.

I recently dined at Outback Steakhouse and had an absolutely delightful meal! The combination of flavors and the quality of the food left me thoroughly impressed.
Starting with the steak – cooked to perfection, it was juicy and tender, and had that delicious char-grilled flavor that’s hard to beat. The chicken was equally succulent and well-seasoned, providing a nice alternative to the beef option.
The sides were just as exceptional. The broccoli was cooked just right, maintaining a satisfying crunch while being seasoned to enhance its natural flavors. And let’s talk about the loaded baked potato – an absolute indulgence! The blend of cheese, bacon, and sour cream was heavenly, making for a perfect companion to the main dishes.
But what truly stood out was the impeccable service. The staff was attentive and friendly, making sure that every detail of our dining experience was taken care of.
All in all, my visit to Outback Steakhouse was a culinary journey worth remembering. If you’re looking for a satisfying and hearty meal, this is the place to be. I can’t wait to return and explore more of their menu offerings!
Highly recommend giving Outback Steakhouse a visit for a memorable dining experience.

Save yourself the money and take your business to Texas Roadhouse. Beyond disappointed with our dinner tonight that was taken to-go for a special occasion. We ordered the 8oz center cut Sirloin, the 6oz fillet with a loaded sweet potato, and the bloomin onion. I noticed the steaks looked extra small, so I weighed them, the 8oz sirloin was 6oz, fillet was 4oz, and presentation was just pitiful. No loaded toppings for my sweet potato, it was just extra burnt. Even the blooming onion was super burnt. So disappointed and night feels slightly ruined since we were looking forward to our good EXPENSIVE dinner. Also the steaks were very tough and full of gristle. Save your money and go elsewhere.
