I so appreciate the accommodating hospitality you guys shown for my daughter’s 8th birthday party celebration. You took the stress out of finding a place to go that could accommodate a big party. The food and service were GREAT!! The server Arayah was so pleasant to have as a server! Thank you… Thank you.. Thank you!!

Sunday 9am was the perfect time to have breakfast for our group of 9. Lamar (server) was professional, personable & prompt. We all enjoyed our meals & drinks ☕️

We ate here twice during our stay in Pitt. Our first our waitress suggested the wedding soup which was amazing. I also had the crispy chicken wrap both times and it was delicious. My husband had breakfast both times and he enjoyed his also. I tried the stickys for the first time in way to many years and they didn’t live up to the memories.

Whomever the manager is doesn’t know how to actually manage. Our server had tables to serve all over rather than an area. The place was pretty empty for a Friday night. When we were seated after being told of a 20 min wait, there were empty tables and booths across the restaurant. Seated finally at 7:45.We sat for awhile before even a server taking our order. 3 of us sitting ordered salad bar with their meal. So they had food. The other 2 adults and small child had nothing. After 40 min, I asked if I could please have my salad that came with my dinner. Our service snapped at me, “if you haven’t noticed, I’ve been very busy, and I’m running around here”. Wait, what did you just say to me?
She did bring my salad to me. 10 min later, (now have been waiting 50 min for food) our main food came. Mine, cold. It was terrible. The “marinara sauce” was noting but cold crushed tomatoes.
I’ve been to other Eat Park Restaurants and have ordered the Chicken Parm. This was nothing like I’ve had elsewhere.
I just can’t like this restaurant. My husband and I stopped coming here years ago. If we do go to an Eat n Park, it’s because we are driving back from somewhere and we don’t fully know area and we see an Eat n Park sign. Anymore the food is like reheated in microwave food. Just not worth the price for the poor quality.
The server later said thanks for being patient, and she wasn’t trying to be bitchy, her words. I understand people have a bad day but don’t you dare ever talk to a customer like that. The ONLY reason why I did not tell her off on the spot, my 3 or old grandson who was sitting next to me. I, don’t know who she thought she was talking to, but that, is not way to speak to me or anyone else.
Sorry but I can go to many other places and get way better food for the amount of money spent here. This place is so not worth it.

I’ve lived here for two years, decided it was finally time to give Eat’n Park a try. Place is very cute, clean, love the atmosphere. Menu is reasonably priced for breakfast too.

Things took a turn for the worse when the food arrived. I’m not one to nitpick every detail at a diner on a Saturday; I get that it’s busy. But there are some shortcuts that aren’t worth taking. Home fries were cold and noticeably old. If I had to guess, they were cooked hours ago and aren’t even being hot-held. Toast was drenched in liquid imitation butter. Waffle was extremely dense, as though the batter was made improperly or days a go in a large batch. I’m just pointing out the lowlights but there were other problems.

All told, I’m glad I checked it out and I had a nice time. But i probably will go elsewhere for breakfast in the future.

If you want to wait an hour for your food or order, come to this place. They take an hour to make a simple order. The worst service I’ve ever had. And when you ask the employees, they ignore you. They don’t care.

I ordered takeout for my family tonight…90 dollars plus a tip. When I got home with my order, I see that the tartar sauce for my fish is open and spilled out. That’s just the start. My food was TRASH!!!! LITERALLY! I received old broccoli with mold spores on it! OLD fish, OLD soggy pretzel sticks and one of the meals I ordered wasn’t even in the bag. I originally called the manager (James) about the missing meal and he offered a gift card or for me to come back, but after I saw the rest of my food I called him back to tell him I was bringing it all back for a refund. I can’t tell you how upset I was at his nonchalant demeanor and the way he made excuses for everything! NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY! I will NEVER, EVER patronize that place again!!!

It was way below what we expected. The service was awful (she was a new sever not at all trained) so some slack there but it took a half hour to get our omelets and of course they came cold and rubbery and the rest was mixed up. I received 3 different checks until management corrected the amount and to his credit took 20% off. Normally everything is run smoothly but not this time.
