Stopped by this McDonald’s for a quick pit stop, and the clean restrooms were much appreciated especially while traveling.

A pleasant surprise for families, this location has a spinning prize wheel for kids, which my children absolutely loved. They were excited to play and even won sundaes, making the stop extra fun for them.

Overall, it’s a typical McDonald’s with clean facilities and a kid-friendly touch that really stands out. A solid choice for a quick stop, especially when traveling with children.

Placed a mobile order. At first impression, the lady taking my order at the first window was very sweet. The lady at the second window also very sweet, she read off my entire order correct before handing me my bag so I didn’t bother checking the bag to ensure I had everything I ordered.

I drove home 15 minutes, opened my bag and was missing 2 McDoubles. Drove back another 15 minutes to get my McDoubles.

The lady at the first window understood but refused to accommodate with a small coke.

“I don’t care I’m off in 3 mins anyway.” and had an attitude when I said I’ll ask for a small coke at the second window “man you holding up my line!” and slammed the window.

Got to the second window, the Lady at the second window was nice, and checked with the manager to make sure I can get a free coke. While waiting, the lady at the first window walked to the second window, looked at me, gave me a dirty look, and yelled “I GAVE HIM HIS TWO SANDWICHES ALREADY!!”

The lady at the second window gave me a free Medium Coke.

So close to giving a 5 star but my time/gas was wasted, felt like an idiot for asking for a small coke for the inconvenience, plus the attitude from the first lady and her walking up to the second window was completely unnecessary. Disappointed is an understatement.

Happened on 11/23. Mobile Order placed at 12:02am, picked up around 12:15am, arrived back at 12:50am, and finally got my sandwiches and free coke at 1am.

Visited this McDonald’s on 2 occasions in the last 3 weeks.
1st visit 12/4/25: ordered 2 Big Mac Grinch meals. Pre-ordered ( mobile app), picked up at counter, had to wait for 15 minutes at counter (I do understand some wait time due to popularity of Grinch meals, but 15 minutes is too long). Big macs had so much sauce, they fell apart on 1st bite. Had to wipe off most of the sauce and reassemble. McDonald’s that can’t make a big Mac properly
2nd visit 12/26/25: ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, Large Fry, large Coke, and small Dr. Pepper. Pre ordered, mobile app, drive thru pick up. Pulled up to speaker, asked to wait a moment. During that moment another car pulled to other speaker and their order was taken before mine. Pulled to 1st window male employee was personable. Pulled to second window. Given food. Woman at that window could not be bothered to look me in the eye, smile or speak. Pulled away opened food, neither cheeseburger had pickles, burger meat was overcooked, large coke was diet coke instead. So, I paid about $10 for a small Dr pepper and a fry, and got a large side of rudeness and unprofessionalism for free. This visit there was no excuse for all the mistakes, wasn’t even busy.

I went in to order my food. After waiting a few minutes at the register I ask a employee if someone was going to take me order or do I need to use the kiosk and he replied “It’ll be faster if you use the kiosk.” I was a little surprised at the response, but went ahead and used it. Because I wanted to pay in cash, I was then instructed to see the cashier to pay. Meanwhile, there is a family waiting to pay with cash as well. After waiting several minutes, I had to call out to get someone’s attention to help the 2 other customer ahead of me trying to pay with cash. After spending almost 30 minutes waiting on 1 kids cheeseburger happy meal with fries, I finally get it, but with out a cup. Once again I had to flag someone down for a cup. Finally getting the food and back on the road, my child said to me this burger tastes bad, so I try it. I don’t know what they did to that burger, but the amount of salt on it was disgusting. I ended up just stopping at Wendy’s because the food was so bad. Never again

So today around 2:30am , I’m about to get 2 different orders 2 different meals and ask to be placed in different bags, this young person said 2 me ma’am, are you serious? I’m the only one working here,and I gotta put them in two different bags…,I still gotta make the food. I was a little confused and I said to her ,you know what ! stay with your nasty attitude I don’t want anything anymore ‍♀️and I just left .McDonald’s ,really ?why do you have only one person working,and 2 top it off someone with a nasty attitude

I work nights and this place is close, so I thought I would try here for dinner. On three separate occasions they have told me the store was closed despite getting there at 11:50 and the app still allowing me to order, and on another occasion they forgot part of my order and refused any sort of refund or credit when I came back around to try and get it fixed.

0/10! I understand that it’s halloween but it’s not thanksgiving there is over 8 employees working ON THE CLOCK, and i’ve waited over 45min for 10piece nugget and fries. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. Fast food? I don’t think so. The manager needs better training on how to run shifts.

Evening crew is absolutely horrible.
The store is a nightmare! The store is filthy, trash cans are overflowing, and you’ll be lucky to find a clean table.
The drink area has garbage all over the place. Not to mention the customer service is horrible! Total 180 from the fabulous afternoon shift.

Walked in to a ln extremely freezing restaurant. The bathroom had music blaring in it so loud you couldn’t even hear yourself pee.

Placed a mobile order for 3 special edition gold snack wraps and a small fry. Was told to drive around and wait. After waiting I received one gold snack wrap. One spicy wrap. And one ranch wrap. Either they ran out of the special edition or they completely missed my order and guessed. Either way I did not receive what I ordered.

ADDITION:
After going through the link provided I was offered a replacement for 2 of the three wraps. Kind of disrespectful not to offer a full refund or replacement if you ask me.
