Goodwood Barbecue in Meridian is absolutely fantastic! The service is always friendly and attentive, and the food is incredible — the barbecue is truly top-notch. The portions are very generous, so you almost always leave with leftovers, which makes it an amazing value.
I personally love their brisket and burnt ends, and their potatoes were especially delicious. The cornbread has a little kick for my taste, but my husband absolutely loves it — so there’s something for everyone.
If you’re looking for great barbecue, excellent service, and big portions, this place is a must-try. Highly recommend!

Decent food, I always leave with a to-go box because the portion sizes are always so big for me (pro: leftovers for later lol). The dark ambiance is nice but doesn’t match the environment usually being loud. They have kids menus to color which is a good addition for restless kiddos.

In my books Goodwood is top notch! I’ve never had a bad experience here. From their ribs, pulled pork, brisket and sausage you absolutely cannot go wrong. Our waitress tonight was Becca and she was absolutely amazing. She made sure our every need was tended do, was extremely professional and just gave absolutely top tier service. I recommend Goodwood all the way around.

The service here is great! The waiters and servers are friendly, knowledgeable about the food and restaurant offerings. The party of 8 that I was with enjoyed quick service and plenty of delicious food. The adults ordered salads, pulled pork, salmon, ribs and of course their deliciousbrisket. All of these came at the same time and were hot, fresh off the grill, and delicious. We also ordered 2 chicken and fries meals for the children, although there were other selections as well. Goodwood is always a great stop for friends, family, or just to inpress your date.

It was my turn to supply dinner for movie night with some friends. I decided to get BBQ from Goodwood. It was delicious and everyone commented how good it was! We got brisket, smoked turkey breast, salad, cole slaw and potato salad. Everything was really yummy and plenty for the 4 of us. I called ahead and everything was ready for pickup when I arrived.

When we are shopping over at World Market several times we have been drawn by the smell of Goodwood BBQ Co. We finally made it a point to stop and have a meal here and happy we did. We were greeted by someone who opened the door for us and upon entering the is warm and inviting. The staff was friendly and extremely efficient so the service was top notch. The food was excellent we didn’t have to wait long for our order and our food was hot. We had the Smoked Prime Rib Philly Sandwich and Apple-Smoked Sliced Turkey Breast. Both meals were excellent – When walking through the restaurant we noticed their onion rings were huge. So they were kind enough to drop one in the fryer for a sampler. The best onion ring we have ever had for sure. We didn’t have room for dessert but we had to try the Peach Cobbler a la mode with their vanilla bean ice cream so we got a to-go dessert for later that night. It was fantastic! So many things on the menu that look great so we are sure to return – one of our new favorite places to dine out.

It’s welcoming place with a cozy environment. Staff was welcoming and friendly. We had a 20 min wait at 6:30 with a group of 9 which we were fine with.
I got the combo with 3 meat, pork was tender and room temperature. Sausage was delicious and warm but the chicken was terrible, bland hard and chewy.
I also got a Caeser salad with what to much parmesan cheese and the dressing didn’t taste like normal career dressing.
I may go back but definitely wouldn’t be for a long while.

My husband and I stumbled across This restaurant on a visit to Boise. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. The meat was oh, so tender, the coleslaw fresh, and the steak fries were by far the best I’ve ever had.

Stopped by for some good BBQ RIBS while in the area and wasn’t disappointed.. they were delicious just wish I would have gotten a half rack instead of a quarter because they are a little smaller than I expected.. but still delicious.. service was good as well. I will be back if I’m in the area and would recommend stopping by and checking it out for yourself sometime.
