Overall a bad experience. Took a few minutes to get seated in an empty restaurant. Did not receive drinks for about 10 min. After order, food came out in reasonable time but when we received our deep dish and thin crust we had doughy or raw as included with pictures. Drinks were not refilled and when we brought up the raw dough no reaction was shown by waitress nor the manager we spoke to. Additionally, the first glance vibes of the restaurant looks nice but when you start looking you see caked dust and mold coming from almost every vent. In the end, we paid for the meal but would not recommend eating here.

We had a early lunch here at the Hamburg location. Everything was super nice and we had the sweetest server ever. Jeneise was so kind and down right sweet. I pray I got her name right because if you go into this location definitely ask for her. We took our mom in which has dementia and really cant see well and Jeneise catered to her and took her time serving our courses because she could tell we needed extra time. And she did it with a lovely smile the entire visit.

I was a little apprehensive after checking the reviews but decided to see for myself.
I had an amazing experience. My server Aniya was fantastic and attentive . The wait time was non existent, the portions were generous, and everything was good.
I got the “Three-Fer” special . Ordered the garden salad , a meatball calzone with extra cheese , and the 2 cookizza slices . I will be back .

The pizza was pretty good; pictured is a personal deep dish cheese pizza. The server was very nice. However, I honestly felt so bad for her. She was entirely overworked which lead to less than perfect service. But I don’t blame her one bit. She was very apologetic and I could see her running around trying to tend to all of her tables. It was quite evident that the restaurant was very understaffed even for a Saturday night; numerous empty tables but due to staffing, we had to wait 15 minutes to be seated.
The restaurant is also in need of a deep clean. Pictured is one of the HVAC vents right above our dining table. The restaurant had an odor as well, kind of like an old dirty pizza hut.

Peak time on a holiday weekend, but Parker made sure we were taken care of! The Thai pizza was a unique spin we wanted to try, and it was great, recommended. We also had new bacon cheeseburger rolls, fantastic! And be sure to get the pretzels with beer cheese – second time and the cheese is amazing.

The pizza was good, the server was nice, but the music stopped basically as soon as we got there and all we had to listen to were infomercials. At least they turned it down the second time we asked. I recommend going before dinner rush is over. We also had to wait a couple minutes before being seated even though there were hardly any customers and the hostess was not very pleasant.

Waitress was very sweet and nice. Inside was pretty neat, loved all the old-timey pictures! Husband and I purchased an individual, thick crust pizza: pepperoni and green peppers, with Italian sausage on half. We shared a 5 piece wing, sauced with applewood BBQ, as well as their thick cheese sticks. Wings were pretty good. Pizza and cheese sticks came out nice and hot. Pizza had good flavor, the crust had a flavor to it as well, but I can’t put my finger on exactly what it was. For me, there as too much cheese and not enough sauce, but I’m definitely an extra sauce girly. My husband likes extra cheese and had no complaints! The cheese sticks were good and we both even liked the red sauce for dipping, though we were surprised to find it came out hot instead of cold
Everything was good, overall. We had a nice time together and enjoyed our meal during a nice, quiet lull in business today.

very chill and relaxing for a thursday night. food was delicious and on time with no complaints. drinks were great as well. we had a espresso martini and a mountain buck. our server was dany and she was absolutely phenomenal! very friendly and helpful and funny too! we will definitely be back.
