What a pleasant surprise!! There was a large variety of pizza, and it was all very good. There was traditional, thin crust, and dewp dish styles. The dessert pizza was a hit with my grandkids! Thw salad bar was fresh and full of toppings and dressings. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Manager Cesar Rosario and his team went above and beyond to accommodate our very large group, and they did it with professionalism, kindness, and a great attitude. From the moment we arrived, they made sure everything ran smoothly and that everyone was taken care of.
The food was fresh, the restaurant was clean, and the service was outstanding—especially considering the size of our group. You could really tell this team works well together and genuinely cares about their guests. Huge thanks to Cesar and the entire Cicis crew for making our visit such a great one. Everytime we come to this Cicis, the customer service is outstanding. The elder gentlemen running the joint has it in top shape, all employees greet you and make sure your needs are taken care of and it always clean. Chikfilas customer service could never be this great! Everytime I’m near by, I know bringing my kids and family, we won’t be disappointed. 10/10 recommend

CiCi’s Pizza in Kissimmee was a great experience! The food was fresh, hot, and constantly being restocked, which made it easy to enjoy a variety of pizzas without waiting. A special shoutout to Chef Jehire you can really tell he takes pride in what he does. The pizzas were well made, flavorful, and some of the best we’ve had at a CiCi’s location.
What really made the visit even better was the game area. The games were fun, well kept, and added a lot of excitement, especially for families and kids. It’s the perfect mix of good food and entertainment, making it more than just a pizza stop.
Overall, great food, great service, and a fun atmosphere. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We’ve eaten at many cicis when in Florida but this restaurant tops them all. The reason being, the manager and his staff. It’s the cleanest, best run Cicis restaurant we’ve ever come across. The manager takes so much pride in keeping everything tip top and even asked how our vacation was going – 10/10 from the U.K. family of 5 who visited Feb 17 2026.

The man who runs the store is always so friendly, but today he went above and beyond, he remembered my favorite pizza and made it fresh just for me. It was very clean which I really appreciated and they put out fresh pizza often since it was quite busy. I always like getting fresh pizza whenever I go to Cicis so having that be the case for most of my pizzas was great. Sadly I don’t get to go to Cicis very often since the closest one from me is all the way in Lancaster since I live in bushkill Pennsylvania, so whenever I’m out on vacation and there is a Cicis I make sure to go there at least once or twice. This one was definitely the best one I’ve been to so far and if I’m ever nearby on another vacation to Orlando Florida I will definitely stop by again.

Just left there. Paid for 2 adults almost $30 pizza looked like its been sitting out for hours not busy at all less then 10 people inside. My husband asked if they could make an Alfredo pizza just to have a hot slice they said 5 mins we waited o er 10 the one person making pizzas just kept making cheese pizzas putting them on a rack we finally said screw it and went to leave as we are walking to the door thats when they said the pizza was finally done. No excuse when its not busy. People are not paying to eat something that looks like its sat out for hours.
