Very loud environment. My food was cold when I got it and it took forever. The service was ok but they never seemed to be around and it wasn’t that busy. The actual building is super cool. With the high prices (close to $2 a wing and you know it’s not a WHOLE wing but half of it) it’s not a good deal. I ordered a dish that was 17.99 and a “2 minute” appetizer for $4. My iced tea, well, they ran out and their “brewer” machine went down so I had to get a diet Pepsi which isn’t my choice of drinks and they still charged me over $3 for that drink. Not happy and I won’t be going back. But, as a Seahawks fan, I got to see the forty whiners win and I could not be happier to see them in Seattle next week! We will crush them. My bill was $32! I’m good with math and that doesn’t add up. There were hidden charges that I was not aware of.

This was my first time trying them and I was disappointed. The Boneless wings had very little chicken and to much breading the french fries were cold old and disgusting I threw them away, the only good were the fried pickles. I do not recommend this place I give them a thumbs down. If you want wings I recommend Wingstop

Door Dashed from here tonight, spending over $50. They forgot the fries with the Original Chicken Dippers, gave us small container of sauce for them filled maybe 25%up. All the Traditional Wings and 6 Honey Garlic Traditional Wings were so hard and dry/cold they would crunch when you bit into them like they were under a heat lamp all day! The celery you are forced to order on the app for 99 cents a peice, all the ends were rotten and squishy. The quality control is horrible and this place has really gone downhill. As a local you have permanently lost my business.

I’ve been a “BDubbs” fan for years, frequenting locations across Iowa, Montana, and Washington. I know what the experience is like when it’s firing on all cylinders, but lately, the energy at the Spokane and Spokane Valley locations feels “off.” You can almost sense it the moment you walk in—the staff is smiling, but they seem worn down and like they’d rather be anywhere else.
This shift in atmosphere has hit our wallet, too. As food costs continue to rise, the service seems to be heading in the opposite direction. Wait times for food are getting longer, and it’s frustrating to pay premium prices for an experience that feels increasingly sluggish. While I understand that inflation is hitting everyone, it’s hard to justify the cost when the “fun” factor of a sports bar is missing.
Buffalo Wild Wings used to be in our top five rotation, but now it’s rarely in the conversation unless we happen to be at the mall and have a specific craving for hot wings. The consistency that used to define the brand just isn’t there right now.
Will we be back? Yes, because we still enjoy the flavors. But I truly miss the days when the energy was off the charts and the service matched the high-intensity environment. For now, it’s a 3-star experience based more on nostalgia than current performance. Just my two cents.

Spent almost $100 for a mushroom Swiss that was dry and lacked MUSHROOMS…. ordered a kids mac with fries and chocolate milk… recieved a regular milk, that’s it, just the milk. Ordered loaded tots, they were burnt. Ordered a hatch chili burger with a side of chips and salsa, no salsa. Got a random container of extra chips. The cheesesteak sandwhich was decent. The cheese curds were good, but was missing a southwest ranch dipping sauce. Called BWW and was unable to speak to a manager because they were too busy and then was told there was nothing they could do because we ordered through Door Dash, not even an apology. Similar to our previous experience, but that was several years ago. I thought maybe things would be different, wishful thinking on my part.

My daughter and I had a delicious lunch at this location. We did the 2 for $25 meal deal. My bacon cheeseburger was yummy and the tater tots were seasoned perfectly and crispy. The wings we ordered were popping with flavor. We did the habanero and honey sauces. Her side was the potato wedges with the salt and vinegar rub. Very tasty! The hostess and waitress were kind and attentive, and the restaurant was clean and quiet. Am enjoyable experience all around.

We are frequent goers to BWW and today was a horrible experience. Empty restaurant, yet the longest wait for food we’ve ever experienced. When the food came, no silverware, my grandma’s order was wrong (crispy instead of grilled), my “5 grilled tenders” was basically 4, and 3/6 of my wife’s wings didn’t have sauce on them.

Wanted to order pickup. The app was now working, so we called the store. Total was $15 more than the app. Staff did adjust the price once we were there, but argued about the difference over the phone. I ordered the cheese steak. This was the driest sandwich I have ever had. It tasted ok, but the meat was dry as paper. The veggies were also dry and the cheese had disappeared. Inedible until i added my own sauce. I ordered an extra 2oz cup of the cheese sauce, paid for it, but only got the one that should have been included in the first place and it was only half full. The wings tasted good, but we ended up with only drums.

We usually go to the Valley Buffalo Wild Wings and always have a great experience, but unfortunately this was not the case at the Northtown location.
We ordered takeout and waited over 45 minutes for our food. That alone wouldn’t have been a huge issue, except our order was sitting on the counter the entire time while we were repeatedly told it wasn’t ready. On top of that, their oven was not working, and instead of informing us and offering a refund or an alternative, they simply left part of our meal out altogether.
We were only offered a refund after I went back inside and pointed out that items were missing. I normally don’t leave reviews or complain—food service is hard, and I understand that—but not being upfront about equipment issues and nearly charging us for food we never received is unacceptable.
Very disappointing experience compared to what we’re used to.

Danashia, the bar tender was extremely overwhelmed and didn’t know how to handle the stress.
Taking it out on customers and also, as I saw, taking red bulls out of the bar fridge to drink as she went.
I ordered my food at 1940- done and pick up time was 2030.
I waited for over an hour and finally got my food at 2115.
The bartender in question had an attitude toward the going on of the restaurant in general. Acting over while Ed when it wasn’t full what so ever.
I’ve been coming here for over 15 here’s now and have never experienced this kind of “ I don’t give a shit attitude”.
This was all (to go order), btw.
