Beware I was served an undercooked chicken sandwich. Before leaving the drive-thru, we had noticed that our sandwich was missing, so we had to go inside to correct the order. However, after taking a single bite, we found the chicken to be undercooked and not edible due to food safety concerns. The consistency and flavor of this location are unreliable and concerning. I have never been served undercooked food, let alone from a Chick-fil-A, which is very disturbing.

Not sure how every other chick fil a in the country runs like a sewing machine except this one. Drive thru is painfully slow. Grilled nuggets were chewy and barely warm. Breading on my chicken sandwich was completely gone on the bottom. Do better….

I’m not mad, just deeply disappointed. Chick-fil-A had the whole potato kingdom at their fingertips—curly, crinkle, shoestring, tots—and they chose waffle fries. The second worst way to consume a potato, right behind “raw and shamefully unwashed.”
Waffle fries are the beige wallpaper of side dishes. They look like they’re about to strain pasta, not bring joy. Every bite is either weirdly soggy or aggressively crunchy, like the fry can’t decide what it wants to be when it grows up.
This place runs like a well-oiled machine, which makes their commitment to the worst fry shape even more baffling. It’s like watching NASA build a rocket and deciding the nose cone should be made of cardboard “for texture.”
Do better, Chick-fil-A. Potatoes deserve justice.

I really enjoy this CFA location but what I don’t enjoy is coming through the drive thru on a 30 degree day and seeing employees visibly shaking from the cold. This is unnecessary when they can take orders from the speaker. There is no reason they need to be shoved outside taking orders in freezing cold weather with a wind chill that would make anyone stay indoors! Poor management for not looking out for their employees best interest and health. Food quality is normal CFA quality but I’m mostly concerned about the employees!

Their customer service has been off for the past several months. The staff consists of poorly trained young people figuring out how to work. They want to take short cuts and do not seem to have a leader on how to improve operations. Im a local here and enough is enough. This one Chik Fil A really is lagging. Ive never had any problems at others.

My wife ordered a nugget tray yesterday for a party and our guests were disappointed. The nuggets were hard, mostly crust and not tasty. While we typically don’t order nuggets, we were surprised that the quality wasn’t what we expected. We aren’t interested any free stuff – we just want our local Chicky to be better.
