I just placed an order for 50 pizzas to feed the homeless and I purchased 2 additional pizzas for my family the order was almost $370. When the order was ready I took the pizzas to my car, I noticed none of the boxes marked so I asked the cashier which were the specialty pizzas and she said “I don’t know I didn’t make them”. Why wouldn’t they think to mark the only 2 different pizzas in the bunch. Not only was the box not marked they were short a pizza!!! I have to wait an additional 10minutes… It’s the little things… DO BETTER! Mind you I’ve looked through a few pizzas and can’t figure out which one’s the most bestist. I just should’ve paid for regular pizzas

I came here last night. Waited for an order for pick up. That told me it was ready on the app. I waited almost 50 minutes After I was told to wait about 20 minutes, finally they told me they cannot make one of my thin crust pepperoni pizzas. They had homeless people in and out of the store, grabbing sodas and they were giving away slices of pizza to homeless and I’m standing there waiting for my food that I paid for for almost 50 minutes. The manager didn’t even realize that she had pizzas left out for hours That she couldn’t even sell anymore.

I am so disappointed on my order and the fact that they decided to sell this to a costumer. Cheese is missing in a lot of places, leaving literally just bread, i also found a whole unmelted cheese underneath the pizza and pepperoni literally glued into the box, pizza was incredible soggy eventough it was a thin crust and quite honestly it looked and tasted undercooked. I want a refund.

Foods great, wait times are terrible, and atmosphere is crazy. Was supposed to be ready when I showed up. Instead was told it’d be 5 more minutes 3 times. When order was ready they just threw my stuff in the pizza oven grabber thing. Didn’t even have the customer service skills to notify me. 2/5 would be better if the place was cleaner, and wait times weren’t bad.

The pizza is decent for the price, especially when you have teenage boys to feed. They could be better at making sure orders are ready on time. Today is understandable, being NYE, but it’s happened a few times.

The first time I ordered the pretzel crust it was good, but it’s gone downhill ever since.
It doesn’t look or taste like the pretzel crust anymore and now it looks like they just threw some kraft singles on it. It’s soggy and there’s no pizza sauce on it at all.

It is a very reliable place to go to. My complain is the Customer service and their Ranch. Please do not buy their RANCH. It is not properly stored. That is a Health Hazzard!! Selling Rancid Ranch is horrifying. I normally don’t write bad reviews. But if I can stop someone else from getting food poising. Well, here I am. Also, I understand that working in a fast-food environment can be very stressful. But please learn how to have better manners with your customers.

Absolutely horrible. Id give less than a 1 star if it were possible. I have ordered from this location 7 or 8 times, and they cant get even a simple pizza right. Everytime, its something. From burned to not cooked all the way. This time i ordered a regular pizza and it came thin crust. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN. I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO SOMEONE I DIDNT LIKE. I went in there Thursday 10/16/25 ordered my food online at 6:20pm. It was absolutely the most horrible experience I’ve ever had!!! Online says was supposed to be ready 20 min after I ordered. Went in to pick it up. No was told it’s gonna be another 15 min. Saw about 6 7 other people in there waiting for pizzas. That little peach you had in there decided to throw your other employees under the bus saying no staff. Wanna guess what we all see? We see 5 other people in the back walking around like they have no clue what’s going on while staring at your disgusting lobby with ticked off customers. So anyway. Come back in 20 min later and again was told it’s gonna be another 10 min. Waited another 10 min. Went back in and was told another 10 min again this time the peach decided to throw the morning staff under the bus saying they didn’t get anything ready for the entire store. But all the other shifts couldnt figure it out all day long and wait till night shift came in. Yeah sounds legit right? So again we waited with multiple other people who were either there as long as I was and a couple waiting over 2 hours because it wasn’t made correctly. A door dash driver lost a bunch of money because of this. Oh and I do have to add that there were people coming in to order just to have all of us waiting to warn them about the wait times. They didn’t even get far enough in the door.
