Ordered ultimate trio all with chicken wonton tacos late Friday night. My friend picked up the order paid cash. Once dropped off all of the tacos was messed up. Called three times complaining. The host on the phone stated I would receive a refund just come in to pick up the cash after talking to the manager. Same manager from that night pretended not recalling the conversation when I came Monday about my money. Just offering to remake the order. That was not what was agreed upon. I really don’t like remakes!

My 5-star review is based solely on Justin. We had lunch with my mom today, and he was incredibly kind and went above and beyond for us. He explained everything clearly and was very attentive.
My mom is disabled, and when he noticed she was struggling with getting into a booth, he immediately brought her a chair without hesitation. That level of awareness and empathy really stood out. I was honestly a little frustrated that my mom’s husband didn’t think to help first, but Justin was perceptive and compassionate.
I’m not usually the biggest Applebee’s fan, but he was absolutely fantastic. Honestly, everyone we encountered today was very sweet.

Absolutely loved it, the server was attentive and checked in regularly with us to make sure everything was good and if we needed anything. Our food came out quickly and was delicious from the first bite and the prices are fair for the amount of food you get. We got the appetizer sampler, the honey pepper chicken with bacon mac & cheese meal, kids chicken tender and fries meal, a rocking popper drink, a red sangria drink, and a milkshake and only spent 72$ total.

We ordered a package of food worth of $166 where we got small portions of all of the chicken wings and strips they were small and hard. Mashed potatoes came in 2 small bowls compared to last years. The website deal for 20 free wings (you get it when you order online) the app doesn’t even let you order anything… we were also missing quesadillas that we paid for, as well as the celery that is supposed to come with the dip for the wings. Terrible food portions.

I had to get are own drinks. Ask for forks when the forks We’re brought to us they were soaked. As for Napkins never got them when I spoke to the manager. The manager said she’s been messing up a lot and she said she’ll work on it.

We were told it would be a 20-25 min wait for five people. We waited over a hour and a party of eight was taken before us. We complained several times and got an attitude. When were seated, our server Kari, immediately took care of us. We waited over an hour for our food while others around us were being served. Kari kept apologizing even though it wasn’t her fault. A manager came over, although he was nice all he offered was that it’s Saturday a busy night. We did get free dessert but only two of us got it. I expected more. First and last time I will eat at the Deptford Applebee’s. Kari our server went above and beyond.

Manager James was extremely Unhelpful. I am allergic to eggs and asked my waitress Jessica if their new item had eggs in it she couldn’t find it so she sent manager James to me. He then told me he did not know if it had eggs or not and that I should look up their allergen menu which is not easily accessible it’s hidden in their website and it’s very much so NOT user friendly. So I asked manager James if he could look it up on there and he flatly said no. I asked him if he had a phone and he replied no I do not and walked away. Our waitress Jessica came back and asked if we got it all set and I then told her what I said above. She was surprised and went to go look for herself. She came back and told me that she asked the chef and it did indeed have eggs in it. So she was awesome for making it easy. And that’s all it had to be. but manager James did not care to help me and made it feel like it was my problem that they did not have the information on file.

Greeted by manager Christian who was extremely friendly. No wait for a seat which was great and the place was busy! Our server Josh offered us the specials, took our drink order and appetizer order. Apps and drinks were great! Placed our dinner order than Christian helped Josh bring our dinners out! Both Christian and Josh checked on us several times during our visit! I was very please with Applebees on this visit! Thank you!!

I told them I had problems with my gift card online and placed the order over the phone. I waited in the store 30 minutes for the food to come out and they did not accept the gift card and offered no solution after wasting an hour of my time. Very upset with the staff and manager for making no attempt to resolve the issue and waiting so long when it could have been dealt with faster and not wasted so much of my time even if they weren’t able to resolve it. Poor customer service.

Update: What a failure of a corporation. They responded to tell me to provide more details so that they could help me. I provided the information and all they did was waste my time telling me they would refuse to help me. Good grief.

Additional update: The regional manager reached out to me over half a dozen times to give me the run around about why they had no obligation to take a gift card. Insanely disgusting behavior on the part of the regional franchise to offer no assistance and refuse to take a fully paid for gift card

We haven’t been to this Applebee’s in about 2 years because last time we went the food was terrible.

Decided to give it another try and we were very surprised in a good way. The menu was updated and the food quality was much better.

They were busy but service was still very fast and they gave us the wrong appiezter, but the waitress and manager quickly fixed it and brought out the correct order.

Overall very good experience.
