I wish I could rate higher than 5 stars! I love this location, everyone is so friendly and hospitable! My dad and I visit the Clarksville IHOP often. They remember him and acknowledge him, which means a lot to him and to me. He is 86 and disabled. They always are smiling and attentive. Thank you to each of their employees for being so awesome! And you can’t beat their $6 Faves Specials!

Even though the place was packed, the service was excellent. Our server, Emma, paid very good attention to us and was super friendly. There was so much food! We had to bring home about a third of it. We both got the country fried steak with eggs, hash browns, and pancakes. It was well worth the wait.

Placed order on Uber eats. Due
to carelessness on the part of the staff or the Uber driver, my orange juice did not get to me. When I called, they said I could come get it if I wanted it. Poor customer service, and not uncommon for Clarksville. Nearly every time I place an order to be delivered here, an item is left out. They attempted to shift blame to the Uber driver. I’m confused, are Uber eats orders just sitting around for the driver to come in and maybe get all of? Who is ensuring the driver gets everything? Save your copy and paste reply and focus on making sure your customers are getting what they pay for.

Second time coming in … both time same waitress Taijah (definitely spelling that wrong) anyway she’s always friendly, always courteous and kind. She makes us want to come back more often. Food is IHOP nothing mind-blowing… the Cinabun crape was a bit much tho … otherwise it’s what you go to IHOP for …decent food and good company

We went to Ihop for a work meeting. Everything was well. Tara paid great attention and always had what we needed at the table before having to ask. The manager was so sweet. She took the time to come talk to us and we notice she was even playing with the children next to us. The level of customer service has gone up a great deal in the last few months. Another thing we notice was how clean everything was. We will be back to see Tara.

Kristy O worked her butt off for us and the other customers. She was so busy I could hear her asking for someone to run food. The place was not packed, yet I was seeing none of the other servers working. They were standing around talking. Another waitress brought our food, it was ok, but it was cold. The food had died under the heat lamps. Where is the team work? Kristy O can’t do it all on her own.
