Really exceptional service! Our server was attentive, genuine and made our entire dining experience fun and enjoyable. She was super knowledgeable about all the food and drinks. We had extra check ins from manager and another server who were also very helpful and kind. I asked for specific drink ingredients and had a lovely conversation about trying to make the guava margarita at home. The food was quick to come out and absolutely delicious. Such a treat ! Thank you so much !

1.18.26: My rating is actually 3.5 because our food was actually good once it arrived. It’s super unfortunate everything from beginning to end took an excessively long time, causing this visit to kinda miss the mark…disappointing especially since we were having dinner here for a birthday celebration.

I made reservations for 3 people for 5:15pm, just in case they were busy, and also noted it was a birthday dinner. We arrived on time, however, it took them 5 minutes to figure out where they were going to seat us. Let me just say the restaurant was not visually busy the entire time we were there and with several empty tables.

It took about 10 minutes before our server, Gabby (sp?), came to greet us. By this time, we were all ready to order–drinks, apps, and entrees lol. Besides we didn’t want to risk waiting forever for our food order to be taken. We ordered 2 appetizers: shrimp cocktail and crispy dragon shrimp. It took forever for cheddar bay biscuits to be brought to our table but the appetizers arrived right when we began to question where our food was. Both appetizers were really good.

For my entree, I ordered the Lobsterfest Boil with Old Bay & Butter seasons and medium spicy level. My friend ordered the Ultimate Feast and birthday girl got the Seafood Shrimp Trio. For the restaurant not being visually busy and even with empty tables, we waited an absurd amount of time for our entrees to arrive.

Thank goodness our food tasted great once it finally arrived, but it didn’t erase the fact of how long everything took. Honestly, it put a damper on the birthday dinner as a whole. It was nice Gabby gave my friend’s Mom birthday ice cream when it wasn’t expected. Again, for the restaurant not being busy it was disappointing the amount of time it took for 3 people to have dinner. All I can guess is a shortage in kitchen staff.

The absolute best server, Laure. She was attentive without hovering. Always nearby and asking what our needs were without being in our faces. I just had to ask for a manager, Brandon, to tell him how happy we had been with our service. My husband has a shellfish allergy and I love crab. She was 100% great with his allergies. We had the best experience and will be returning. I will be requesting to be seated in her area regardless of the wait. 10/10 service. The food was also hot and fresh.

We came and were helped right away. The service went out of her way to make a Shirley Temple for my daughters and brought cherries for my kids. She also went out of her way on other special needs at the table. Listened well, really cared, and was so kind. This is the kind of service that a professional would provide. Absolutely a 10 out of 10. Brianna was our server and it was also her first day and the manager Ray was super kind. Well done Red Lobster and Thank you for the Great Service.

Excellent service! Cathy was friendly and kept the vibes high. great atmosphere, A friendly manager checked in with us and biscuits were delicious and fresh! Bar drinks arrived quickly and were made to perfection

We stopped on Jan.27th! The waitress was constantly confused with everyone and making mistakes! We waited numerous times for service and she was no where to be seen! We were in the bar area tables. We had to get up and go upfront to the receptionist and ask for some service! She was nice and got us what we needed. We eat there a lot and always are happy with our food! But….not this time as the admiral platter had hard cooked fish and clam strips which we could not eat! The shrimp and scallops on it were good but that was it! Cheddar biscuits were only brought to us when we first got there and were cold! The waitress said that she would bring more with dinner but she never did! An overall waste of our time and money!

The manager and staff did a fantastic job waiting on us. We were pleasantly surprised at how pleasant the whole experience was. The food was hot and delicious and the servers were attentive and on point! The manager made sure to check in with us and ask how the food was. We were full and happy! 5 stars!

After having a bad experience with a waitress prior to our visit on 2/18, we were pleasantly surprised by our wonderful waiter Donovan. He was very personable, attentive, knowledgeable and had a wonderful sense of humor. He made our whole dining experience enjoyable.

I didn’t come in to dine. I came in just have a few drinks. I ordered a Long Island iced tea. It was delicious blended wonderfully on my way out, I was admiring the live lobsters my server, then picked up a lobster and let me hold it and also took a picture of me it made my night and I think the lobster enjoyed it too…..10 out of 10 would come here again not only for drinks but to try their food as well. It smell smelled delicious.
