This is like my third time my order being wrong twice from DoorDash and another in person place three different orders took like 30 minutes The cashier Claimed to have everything down and understand what I was wanting and I still end up getting overcharged because he charged me for the wrong thing and my meal was wrong because one of them is writing the other ones wrong. Wowowow the chicken was tender Juicy and Delicious the Texas toast was tasty coleslaw was very nice and the dipping sauce was delicious as well. The service was so polite and the insisted on walking it to my table they even checked on me to make sure everything was okay and insisted I leave my tray on the table that they would bust it for me what a wonderful experience I will definitely come back call BTW very nice price only $10 for four chicken strips coleslaw dipping sauce Texas toast and french fries along with a drink I enjoyed the sweet tea

They will kick you out after 10 if you eat inside. Nobody said anything about that. Who does that? That’s unheard of at anywhere that you eat. Atleast tell someone before they decide to eat inside. A sign or something. I was eating with my family trying to enjoy our meal and the security officer who doesn’t even look like security tells me and my family to get out halfway through our meal. We said we’re not leaving until we finish and he decides to tell the manager and manager came at us so angrily and demanded us to get out. Someone needs to get management in check and replace her. The officer as well.

My food was not fresh and hot. I didn’t realize it until I got back to my work desk 7 minutes away. It was a busy night and I’m sure they prepped before hand but too early in advance because fast food is supposed to be served hot.

Me & my husband ate here for the first time last week. We both got a chicken sandwich with fries. Nothing was cooked long enough. The fries needed more time and soo did the chicken. Nothing was crispy. I was extremely disappointed. Ive heard soo many great things about this place. But will never be returning thats for sure

You need to do something about your workers. I added a cardiac, no soft fries and asked them to make sure they changed their glove because when they think it’s a no salt fry, they just dumped the fries and that where they’ve been dipping in the salt with that glove it gets on the new fries. One of your employees had a nerve to say why wouldn’t I change my glove like I can hear them and I heard them I sent some to the manager. She’s young. She felt like I guess he didn’t need to be reprimanded the way, and then after I was almost still eating my lunch he came and gave me a sad sick apology. It was not sincere because if it was sincere, he would’ve said something when I was at the counter he would not have waited until I was almost still eating my food and say I apologize. I didn’t know you heard me. I’m looking dead at him when he was speaking very rude and very disrespectful. That’s why I stopped coming to this location. It’s closer to me, but I can get better service at another canes versus down here on Mill Street y’all Customer Service and your managers that they are horrible they need to go back to training or something.

First time at this location ordered a 3 piece meal for curbside. Pulled up and waited almost 30 mins. 7 or 8 cars came and went while I sat there. Finally was forced to go in and check on my order. When I went in and asked about my order, they had my order sitting on their to go shelf. She said she was so sorry and that it had been sitting there the whole time. She handed me my fooo and every single item in the combo was ice cold. I am very disappointed that I spent my money here. Will not be returning to this location. Was on my lunch break and they caused me to return late from break with cold lunch
