I always love FRESH and HOT fries so I ask for fresh and this Carls jr had never disappointed. The burgers always have fresh veggies and chicken tenders are hot, tender, and crispy. Service is given with a smile and they always offer condiments. I can also ditto this review for the restaurants in Canyon Crest, downtown Riverside on Market and even the one on Indiana Ave. Kudos to Carls Jr for training their staff well!

The first vehicle has been standing for at least 40 to 45 minutes. After that two to three vehicles are coming. If it takes 40 to 45 minutes to free a customer, then how will the work be done like this? Your workers do not help in making the service fast. They keep talking among themselves. They keep laughing while the customer is waiting at the window again and again. Either you convince your customer to provide faster service or you can change your staff. Otherwise, the customer faces a lot of problems. He stands for 1—————–1 hour to order.

Out of the last four times I’ve come here after 10 PM for a milkshake, twice they were out of ice cream and twice they had someone on break and the wait would be 20 minutes. I’m writing this because I’m stuck in the drive through and I can’t get out. A sit down restaurant would be faster. This is the worst Carl’s Jr. I’ve ever been to.

Ordered via the carls jr app and wanted a milkshake (Vanilla) late at night. At first, I tried to go inside, but it was around midnight, so it was locked, it was very understandable.
I tried to avoid the line in the drive thru for my pickup, but it was impossible. After waiting over 20 minutes in the drive through, the lady told me that my milkshake is very watery and gave me to option to switch to a large fountain drink.
If I took the large drink, I paid almost 6 dollars for an item that is 4 dollars.
I tried to negociate for 2 large drinks as a way of compensation and was refused.
A dilemma in the drive thru.
Won’t be coming back here again.
