I come here just for the shakes I think they have 19 different flavors and a Happy Hour on shakes weekdays 2-4 pm I had the Biscoff and my friend the Orange Dreamsicle. Service is good by the young crew. They should clean the front entrance area including the glass doors.

This an amazing fast food restaurant the food was delicious the atmosphere was very good. Employees asking if you need assistance and checking on you if everything is okay. Their bathrooms are clean. Overall I didn’t even realize I was in a fast food restaurant dinning in.

What’s the story? This place should be packed. It’s Clean, (even bathrooms) the food is fantastic! The burger is Freshly Cooked, Delicious and the staff is amazing! From the welcoming by Jayden and the Manager Natasha to seeing my food cooked when ordered. “Did I mention cooked to order and delicious?”

Have not been in SnS in 5 years. Hit this place. Manager Payton helped us and she was awesome. Even suggested some changed on food that was delicious.

Food is always good and tasty, and they’re generally friendly. But they forgot the bacon I paid extra for on a burger and I paid over $40 for this order. I live way too far from this location to just go back and complain about something so trivial, but saw they have no online ordering support system (even though I paid online) and it says to go through the store.

Today I was thoroughly impressed with the service from the owner, taking orders from the overflow at the kiosk, helping people at the drink station, and as she walked through the store, she would organize and correct. Anything out of place. I’ve been in the restaurant business for 35 years and trust me This is an awesome owner that cares.

I love Steak ‘n Shake. The burger is flat and not too salty. I love how fresh it tastes too! Also the shoestring fries are really good; thing, crunchy and salty. All the employees were so kind and the food came out quickly. I just wish it was closer to my house.
