We celebrated my husband’s birthday at Marble Room, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The atmosphere is absolutely stunning—classy, beautiful, and grand. Upon check-in, the hostess and coat check staff were incredibly welcoming and professional.

We were seated in a half-round couch booth which was perfect; even though we were in the middle of the room, it felt very private and intimate. Our service was outstanding—our server was patient, welcoming, and took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly.

The Food:
Everything we ordered was top-tier. We started with cocktails, the French onion soup, and the teriyaki tempura cauliflower (which is a massive, easily shareable portion). For entrées, the seasonal fish, the A5 Miyazaki Wagyu strip loin, and Brussels sprouts were all outstanding. We finished with the panna cotta and the Marble Room cheesecake (both great for sharing). A highlight was the complimentary two-flavor cotton candy brought out for the birthday—a very fun and thoughtful touch!

The Logistics:
The only minor downside was the valet. It was a bit chaotic upon arrival, and we had a significant wait for our car to be brought around at the end of the night.

Overall, it was a wonderful celebration with great service and food. Highly recommend for a special occasion!

My boyfriend tried to make reservations and sadly they were full, however on Valentine’s Day we thought maybe they could squeeze us in as a walk in thinking it wouldn’t happen but it did! They were so incredible and sat us at the bar. The food was great the staff were kind and explained the menu to us and it was such an amazing night. The bathrooms were clean and the drinks were great and the atmosphere was very intimate and sophisticated. They even took our picture for us!

I’ve eaten in restaurants from Canada to Mexico and this is the best meal I have ever had. Atmosphere was beautiful are waitress was wonderful kept checking on us and brought our food and drinks in a timely manner. We ordered the filet mignon and the ribeye steak they were wonderful very tender and cooked to perfection. The side dishes were great and the portions were enough for four people. We spent about 3 hours there the only thing I can say is dress warm if you go there in the winter because it was freezing inside. Well worth your visit one of Cleveland’s best I would make an early reservation otherwise your service may not be as wonderful as ours was because they really get busy.

Visited Downtown Cleveland for a quick day trip and I was able to stop by for dinner. I was a walk in (as a single guest) and didn’t have any issues getting a seat at the bar or lounge. I chose the bar since it was near the entrance. Even though it was Wednesday evening and I was sat very quickly as a single guest, I do recommend making a reservation if you can! While I didn’t take any pictures of the restaurant, my first impression of the place was breathtaking. You feel as if you’re walking into a socialite James Bond casino & very swanky restaurant. The floor to ceiling doors, dim lighting, and open space leaves you with a lasting visual impact. Every employee was extremely professional and knowledgeable, it was VIP treatment for every guest! The best part of course was the steak. I had the Delmonico (16oz) as it was cooked to perfection. The steak was easy to slice and perfect temperature. The Black Truffle Butter was heated table side and poured either on the side or top of the steak (I chose top). The Mac and Cheese was a shareable dish but I’ll admit I ate everything in a few bites! Honestly this was the best steak I’ve had by far in any restaurant. The atmosphere and dining experience was amazing. Highly recommend if you’re visiting Downtown Cleveland and looking for a spiritual experience!

Absolutely 5 star experience thanks to the delicious steak, high end atmosphere, and incredible staff. Among the staff our server Nicholas absolutely made our evening and ensured we will be coming back. His spot on recommendations and knowledge of the specials had my fiancé and I ordering the seasonal greens, tuna tacos, porterhouse steak (40oz), chive potatoes, asparagus, vanilla ice cream, and rocky road ice cream. The valet parking is worth it but does take some time to park and retrieve your vehicle. Overall, we definitely recommend the Marble Room for steak and service!

This is a great restaurant not only for special occasions but also if you are just seeking a great steak. Made a reservation in advance. Although there in no specific dress attire listed, a nice outfit will never be out of place. I was not a fan of my cocktail but that’s just a matter of taste. The dry aged demonic is the way to go and the potato cake was a great side to share.

From the moment we walked in, everything about our experience was amazing. The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and every detail felt thoughtfully done.

I especially want to highlight our server, Nicholas. As someone who works in the industry myself, I know how challenging it can be to go out and truly relax at a restaurant. But Nicholas made that possible. He was attentive without hovering, knowledgeable without being pushy, and genuinely kind throughout the meal. His timing was perfect, his recommendations were spot-on, and he made us feel completely taken care of.

It’s rare for me to leave a restaurant feeling both so satisfied with the food and so impressed with the service, but this visit was exactly that. Getting such great service meant a lot, and Nicholas really elevated the whole experience. I can’t wait to come back!

TL;DR – JT was a phenomenal server, the food, service, and atmosphere are well worth the price of admission.

The Marble Room is a relatively recent addition to the CLE dining scene (2017) that has consistently remained a sought after haunt for food lovers in the area. I had to book our table a month out, and had the privelge of bringing my grandparents for the evening as a late Christmas present.

When the Dining Room is as beautiful as this one is, I’m always skeptical the reatuarant will be “all hat no cattle”: beauty taking the place of the quality of the food, but I am happy to report this is not the case.

Start to finish, I was amazed at the quality of food, the attention to detail in the service, and the fidelity of the pacing of the meal. We dined happily for 3 hours, never felt rushed, and got to relax and take everything in as we went through many courses.

Some highlights: the free Milk bread was astounding. It’s soft with a great chew and beautiful color. The Seafood Sampler at $60 is well worth, as it comes with 4 Oysters, a whole dish of device, two small lobster tails, and 4 Jumbo Shrimp, all of which are stellar.

The grandparents all got Salads which are large and packed with toppings. At $14 each, these are excellent value. I would come back just to eat more of this salad. The Cobb was what they went with, and having sampled it, I was delighted.

My main was their Lamb, which is served on two sets of two bones. The quality was astounding, nailing a perfect Medium Rare through the whole piece. They came served with Broccolini which honestly could have been cooked a little longer, but it was a nice boost of vegetable to balance out the richness of the Lamb.

Their famous potato cake was my favorite of their sides, but I really enjoyed the sweet potato as well. All of their sides are great value under $20 and easily sharable. They nailed the variety of texture and flavor on these dishes.

Because we this was celebrating my grandparents Christmas present, we were presented with a bouquet of Blueberry Cotton Candy which I happen to love. It was beautiful and delicious.

Our last course, dessert was their famous red velvet cake Gold Bar served from the original bank safety deposit box. I was concerned it was going to just be a gimmick, but underneath the delicious fondant layer was a moist red velvet cake with cream cheese icing. Outstanding.

Three very special staff shout outs:

JT our server treated my grandparents like his own the entire meal. I can tell he’s more of a reserved man, but he was extremely helpful and friendly the whole meal. He offered super helpful suggestions and just executed at the highest level for the whole meal. The lady whose name I forgot to get took care of our water separately and she was very kind and helpful.

MaryPat, who helped me secure gift cards for Black Friday went out of her way to make sure I received a bonus card that I thought I was supposed to receive. I messed up on my end, and she called weeks later to honor it, which just shows how dedicated they are to quality customer service.

I hope to be back soon. What a magical night.

This is fine dining! Celebrating my in-laws anniversary, the staff was great, every member engaged arriving early, Walk thru of some of the unique features, private dining in the “Vault” remodeled bank vault in the beautifully redesigned bank. All the food was incredible. We shared scallops, filet mignon, fried Brussel sprouts, with chocolate cake for dessert. Parents had a wonderful time and felt totally pampered.
