It’s very warm in there to where it’s uncomfortable. Please turn on or fix the air. I have been here multiple times and it’s always unbearably hot. But service is great and food is great! Nice employees!

Saw they had truck parking pulled in to order something really fast on the go wasn’t even trying to eat inside came in at 9:05pm saw they were close in dinner saw someone come out asked if I can just order she told me go thru drive thru I explained to her I have a semi truck but she said drive thru only wasn’t even trying to accommodate I understand the dinning part is closed at 9 but how are you going to have truck parking for trucks but only have drive thru open when a truck driver can’t go in drive thru? Weird. Like I said wasn’t trying to sit and eat just grab a quick bite and hit the road lady wasn’t nice about it at all. Won’t ever stop here again

When I came to the restaurant after picking up my brother I ordered the number 9 on the menu then when I got home all that was in the bag was some chicken nuggets and fries I find this crazy that they do not double check the customers orders no urgency or care I do not like waiting time or money and that’s what I did when I came to this restaurant I will never come here again and I hope the employees get better training

I ORDERED MY BOY.FRIEND FOOD WHILE HE WAS AT WORK SO HE DONT HAVE TO GO IN AND WAIT IN LONG LINES AND WAIT TO GET THE FOOD. THEY SAID HE COULDN’T GET HIS ORDER THE PERSON WHO ORDERED MUST COME IN AND PICK IT UP… WHICH I AM AT WORK IN PEORIA. AND THEN STATES THEY DONT HAVE THE ORDER WHICH I CAN PROVIDE A RECEIPT FOR. I WILL NO LONGER ORDER FROM THIS MCDONALD’S. THE MANAGER DEFINITELY NEEDS RESTRAINING. SHE THEN PROCEEDED TO SAY WE DONT HAVE THE ORDER. Went into this McDonald’s and ordered lunch and it was horrible in so many ways burger had way to much ketchup.. chicken strips tasted like they have been sitting for awhile , my fries when I 1st ordered where stale and you could see they had been sitting , when asked for a new fry it was the same thing stale … And this was found in the hot and spicy we ordered I will not be going back to this McDonald’s… It was a waste of money Only good thing was my sweettea

Very incompetent, If you can avoid this location, please do yourself a favor and bypass it. The very agitated tatted manager is overwhelmed.
I asked for cashier assistance for the person before me- since no one had looked our way in a very long time.. which had all of us standing around, starring at each other feeling invisible.
The machines weren’t working…wouldn’t accept any card payments. A cashier was definitely required up front and all times. This is a very busy location. So here we were couldn’t pay for our food
The tatted manager/supervisor walked over and gave us all attitude. She stated only machine’s would be available not a cashier. She was too upset and began arguing with my husband. That immediately took my appetite away. My husband’s a peaceful man and she’s out of character.
I wouldn’t be asking for help if I didn’t need it, that’s not me. I help people but this time.. I needed help.
I do Trucking Authority and maintain my cool at all times, even through all my deadlines and human error. I work above several people. Showing leadership sometimes requires positivity.
She still had thee audacity to talk about me to another lead staff and had that bigger woman look around for me so YES I smiled real big. These people definitely require a bit more training to help professional customers.

I ordered on the mobile app, and the order was made completely incorrectly. Not only was the sandwich not for my order (from the sticker on the front for which order it goes to), the cheese was crusty, which means the sandwich had been sitting at the running station for a long time. I sent my boyfriend to get the correct sandwich because i was at work. The lady at the front laughed and said “thats funny, i made it.” And gave sass about needing to make THE RIGHT sandwich. They then didnt give the fries to the order after handing it back to my boyfriend. Im not going back to get my fries. Completely worthless if thats the attitude im going to receive for someone else’s error.
