Overall a terrible experience, definitely wouldn’t come back to this one. Waiter seemed all over the place. Table was sticky and nasty. Floor was wet. Its Chillis, I don’t expect 5-star service but this was just ridiculous.

Ordered Placed:

Chicken Bacon Ranch Nachos – they gave us BURNT nachos that looked old like they were sitting. No ranch sauce. To look at those nachos and then give them to a customer is absurd.

Triple Dipper (big mouth bites, honey chipotle mozzarella sticks, honey chipotle bone-in wings.) – they gave us big mouth bites, honey chipotle tenders, and hot nash mozzarella sticks

The Bacon Rancher Burger (comes with 2 patties) – they gave us a burger with ONE patty & no ranch sauce AGAIN. Then the waitress tried to tell us it didn’t come with 2 patties when on the menu & in the picture it clearly does.

$6 Straw Eddy Margs – in the picture you see what is advertised. On the right is what they gave me.

Walking into Chili’s on a busy Saturday night, it was clear the place was packed and the staff was stretched thin. Even so, the host did a great job keeping things moving, working hard to seat everyone as quickly as possible despite the crowd.

When our waitress arrived, you could tell it had already been a long day for her—she looked genuinely tired. But what stood out was how she didn’t let that show in her service. She powered through with a warm, positive, and incredibly sweet attitude. She handled all of our orders with care, and as the kitchen prepared the meals, she made a point to stop by and update us on the progress. That small touch made a big difference.

When the food arrived, everything was hot, fresh, and made exactly to order. Every dish was delicious and well-prepared, which is impressive considering how busy the night was.

I did try the Old Fashioned, and I’d say that’s one menu item you can probably skip. The other drinks at the table were mixed well and leaned on the sweet side, but the Old Fashioned just didn’t hit the mark.

Overall, the night went smoothly, and major kudos go to the waitress and the entire staff for pushing through a hectic night and still making guests feel welcome. Their effort truly showed, and it made the visit enjoyable from start to finish.

I would definitely return again.

I went and wanted to try the all new fajita trio, and noticed that there was a roach in my food. The manager and the server was great about it. They were very apologetic and luckily they didn’t force me to pay, but that should be something that is known, I believe the manager is going to address this concern. I’m not mad just disappointed.

I stopped by Chili’s recently and wanted to share some feedback. Our waitress was great — really friendly and gave excellent service.

However, I did notice a strong, unpleasant smell and what looked like mold in the air vents above the tables, which was concerning. On top of that, I found a hair in my drink. It definitely made the experience less enjoyable.

I wanted to let you know so these issues can be checked out. I’d love to come back because the service was wonderful — just hope the cleanliness can be improved.

Would give half a star if I could!!

I don’t usually expect a whole lot when dining out, but I definitely didn’t expect such subpar service and food at Chili’s last night. After being seated, it took about 10–15 minutes for our waitress to greet us and take our drink order. She rushed off immediately afterward without asking if we wanted appetizers, even though we’d already had plenty of time to look over the menu and were ready to order.

When she brought the drinks, mine was missing the lemon I requested, and she didn’t ask if we were ready to place our order—she just walked away. I tried to be patient and observe how things would go, but after she passed our table several times without checking on us, I finally had to stop her to order our appetizer. Her expression made it seem like we were inconveniencing her.

Eventually she returned to take our full order. My husband asked about the mac and cheese, and she advised against it, so he chose extra fries instead. About 20 minutes later, she told us the kitchen was backed up and it would be another 20 minutes. During that time, she never checked on us, refilled drinks, or cleared plates.

When the food finally came, she dropped off part of our order and hurried away before everything even arrived. My son’s request for sauces wasn’t followed correctly, and my husband was served mac and cheese—the very item she told him not to get. My fajitas arrived last, and when I tried to eat them, the peppers and onions were burnt and stuck to the skillet. Still, she never came back to ask how the food was or if we needed anything. I eventually had to flag her down just to get drink refills, and she seemed annoyed.

At that point my appetite was gone. I just wanted the check so we could leave. Poor food is one thing, but poor service on top of it made the experience extremely disappointing. And as a final note, the ceiling vents looked filthy—definitely not something you want to notice while eating. Unfortunately, this visit was a complete letdown from start to finish.

If there was an award for worst chili’s in the country this place would be a contender for first place. We walked in and a employee who could have greeted us just watched us walk in and walk over to the bar and grab a table, without saying a word. Then huffed and puffed something under her breath about needing to seat us when she brought our menus. Zero personality. Clearly she didn’t want to be there, she gave us our menus and walked away without saying another word. The bartender finally came over and took our order, he was the friendliest person working in the place. We ordered a couple burgers to-go and a couple beers while we wait. The beers took a while to get there, but when arrived my beer was completely flat. As still as water. Zero carbonation. I would have sent it back, but after the bartender took our order and dropped our beers, he never returned to the table. We didn’t see him again the rest of the visit. So I drink a flat beer. A short time later a food runner brought us two burgers plated and he tried set them on the table. I told him we had ordered the burgers to-go an he looked me dead in the eye and said “I know” and stood there straring at me holding the two burgers. After a long awkward silence, staring at each other, he says “What do you want me to do”? I was kinda dumbfounded at this point and a little confused as to what was happening. I had to tell the kid “Can you please box up the burgers to-go, like we ordered them, so we can take them to our hotel. That is why we ordered them to go”. I was ready to just tell the kid we didn’t even want them because he seemed put off by the request and I was a little worried he might do something to the food. But I was hungry and the food was ready so he goes in the back to box the up. A few minutes later he brings the food out, boxed up to-go. So now I have my food, but as I mentioned, the bartender is nowhere to be found. So our food is just sitting on the table, getting cold while we are waiting to close the tab. Bartender hasn’t been back on the floor since he dropped the flat beer. Finally, someone who I assume was a manager, came out to help resolve an issue with another table in the bar. So we waited to him to have his conversation with the other table and flagged him down to get the check. The bar wasn’t busy, there isn’t an excuse for this type of bottom of the barrel service, its clearly a reflection on poor management and I would recommend avoiding this location.

First off we had to seat ourselves because no one was at the hostess table.. Restaurant was very dirty even after asking staff to clean no one did anything about it.. server attitude was very poor while serving, I often had to raise my hand to be seen because he kept walking right pass my table .. I also witnessed at least 6-8 customers walking out because of unclean floors and tables . When we asked for to-go boxes they brought out dirty containers

The Triple Dipper Was Great. I Had The Honey Chipotle Crispers With The Nashville Hot Mozzarella Sticks. I Didn’t Get A Good Cheese Pull. They Were Over Cooked. But The Over All Experience Was Nice.

This was by far the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. No refills the entire time — and we were stuck there for over THREE HOURS for what should have been a quick meal. The staff vanished constantly, food came out late and cold, and wrong orders were just dropped at the table with no effort to fix them. At one point, a plate broke near our table and instead of cleaning it up, they just left the mess — fries scattered all over the floor, sitting there the whole time like no one cared. It was disgusting and completely unsafe. Customer service was nonexistent, management nowhere in sight, and the overall vibe was that they simply didn’t care about the guests at all. Absolute train wreck of a restaurant. Never again.

Dont even want to give a star. Our waitress came took our drinks then left another waitress came to take over we had to again repeat our drink orders. The queso skillet was ok and the cheese sticks were ice cold had to send them back ( came back semi better but still not steaming hot). Waitress had to come back to ask about something we order cause she couldn’t hear what we said. No plates or napkins we had to ask for them. I dont complain often but when we did ask for the manager the waitress got an attitude with us and was down right rude. I dont think its unfair to ask for food you are paying for to be made correct. If you do dare to eat here please make sure you don’t get Joannah. Oh and the manager didn’t even come to see how his staff is running this restaurant
