Ty the new manager was super kind and upbeat. Best drive thru experience I have had in a long time. Food was fresh and correct. He even remembered my sauces. I called to praise him and the rgm was just as friendly. I’ll be sure to visit these guys soon. So happy to see happy people at my Taco Bell.

This was my 3rd strike tonight in one month. The last two visits have been waiting in the drive thru line almost 45 minutes. Tonight I decided to go on the app and pre- order our food so we could by pass the drive thru chaos line. Our Order said it would be ready at 7:02. We arrived to find the doors of the restaurant locked and were told we needed to get in the drive thru line to pick up our pre paid order up. 50 freakin minutes later, yes I said 50 freakin minutes later we arrived to the window and received our food. It’s a school night and had plenty of her things to do , which one should have been making my own tacos at home. This is by far the worst service I have ever had at a fast service place. “Fast”. lol. 3rd strike done, I will drive to Greece location from now on.

It’s 2:30 on a Sunday. Won’t you go to grab a bite, parked my car and walked to the door? When I got to the door a worker came out and told me to get back in my car and go through the drive-thru because there was only four people working and they didn’t want to take my order unless it was through the drive-thru. i never leave reviews so i hate to do this but we were stuck in the drivethru for genuinely over an hour. we never got our food we waited there for so long trapped in the drivethru line that we had to ask the person in front of us to drive forward to let us out. idk what was going on in there but there’s no way that takes an hour

This restaurant need to be closed down. The food is always horrible and I ordered some tenders today that seem like they been cooked since restaurant open. Like it’s lunch hour why isn’t the food fresh and then the manager put me hold and never came back to phone.

Just like the other review from last evening, I was stuck in the drive through line for forever with no explanation and finally gave up on getting my food.
I arrived at 6:25 with a mobile order placed. 35 minutes passed and I still hadn’t even been able to reach the ordering screen to confirm my mobile order. I finally gave up, parked, tried to go inside to ask if there was any point in waiting and THE DOORS WERE LOCKED, even though there were still staff and customers inside! I cancelled my order at that point and dipped.
Look, I get emergencies happen–maybe someone unexpectedly quit or a bunch of people were out sick. But if you’re experiencing a delay THAT severe, send someone outside to let people know to not waste their time or be prepared for a long wait. Don’t just refuse to say anything and lock the doors! Unbelievable.

I hate eating at this place. The night time workers are always giving attitude no matter how kind you are. They are disrespectful and didn’t even give me a refund when they were out of large cups. Long story short, if you have no patience and don’t appreciate little snarky comments from rude employees then don’t eat here. Employees cursing and throwing profanity at their coworkers and customers whenever they get on the wrong nerve. Don’t eat here please. Whoever is the owner of this taco bell needs to have someone check on their night time employees.

As long as you don’t customize your order the food is good if you customize your order, check your food before leaving. Service is lacking they lock their doors early most nights and still slow in-store pick up through the app but you still have to do the drive thru. Managers turn over rate is high. They are not polite.

Greedy management and dumb organization. The result: I placed an online order on 8.24.2025. When I arrived, they had locked the entrance door, and there was a long line of cars circling the whole building waiting to place orders. I had to wait 40 minutes to pick up my order. Why?
1. Greedy management. It turned out that only 3 employees were working. Why not 5 or 7? Because the stingy management does not pay them enough. How about you pay $25-30/hour so you have enough workers.
2. Poor organization. When you are short-staffed, you can lock the doors, but why not post a sign saying only online order pickups are allowed to enter? When I picked up my order, I found 5 more completed orders on the shelf. This means you have 5 more people with online orders waiting in line with everyone else who hasn’t yet ordered. Entering the building, retrieving your package, and having an employee hand it to you takes 30 seconds. Instead, I waited 40 minutes. Why? Greedy and dumb management of this place.

We went through the drive through and had a great experience from Cashier: Beautiful H. She was kind and patient, the order was correct, efficient, and hot. Great experience.
