EDIT. Re-Visit. Ordered a double 1/4 pounder, Deluxe (lettuce, tomato sauce) with extra onions (upcharge) but received a plain double burger. Noticed when I got home. They provide just a partial receipt (is that legal?) New pic shows that and the food. Says Double Deluxe, extra onions on the paper. Food is not that, I had already gotten home when I found that.
Since last time I could not get a refund but got laughed at by their GM I will just ask Corporate for help. Last time that took about 15 emails as they do not like doing a 1-2 dollar refund for the difference. I just want the food I ordered.
The staff was incredibly nice and attentive. The man bringing food out to the drive-through was already helping another customer, but he still acknowledged me and let me know mine would be right out. When it arrived, they even had condiments ready on the tray in case I needed them—such a thoughtful touch.
The whole process was quick and smooth. At other McDonald’s, I usually have to wait a while at the second speaker, but here they were ready to take my order right away. From start to finish, it took less than the 3 minutes and 30 seconds that’s the standard goal for drive-through service.
Honestly, I had a bad experience at this location about a year ago, so I was hesitant to come back. But I’m so glad I did! This visit was a total 10/10, and I’ll definitely be returning.
An actual district manager would’ve taken the discussion somewhere less public.
Jamal (McDonald’s employee) defused the situation to the best of his ability, but they wouldn’t stop escalating until they left.
I was just a fly on the wall watching. Jamal was absolutely in the right during that interaction. I, truly, hope my review is seen my management in case they decide to file a false, unjustified complaint.
Were 1/2 full when arrived back at Hotel, 9 nuggets instead of 10. To top it off, no receipt! Won’t go here again.
Waiting 10 minutes for food
Customer in front of me said she had been waiting 20 minutes, and her food was sitting in a bag on the line.
Normally the place ain’t bad, it’s clean, service is usually relatively quick.
