I frequent Subway several times a week for lunch. They always have new faces working there. Colleen who has been at this store for a long time is awesome and super dedicated to her job. If her boss is reading this, she needs a big raise. Colleen is so professional and a go getter. She is also so patient with all the new employees that come through that store. Again Colleen is a huge asset to this Subway store and needs a raise asap. Thank you Colleen for being such a hard worker.

My family stopped in around 430pm after shopping all day, we waited for a while to decide what we wanted. All the while the girl continued to prep for the evening and another young woman walked up from the back and asked if she could help us, as she was going to put gloves on I asked the girl if she could wash her hands before helping us. She said sure and looked at the other girl that was already up there and said “I’m going to wash dishes you can help these people.” We still waited 5 minutes before I asked why the lady couldn’t help us. Her response was “we’re behind.” Needless to say we walked out due to the poor wait time and unclean hygiene procedures.

Terrible customer service EVERY TIME I come here. I was getting sub sandwiches for work today and asked for some veggies on the side. The manager ignored me the first TWO times I asked, then rolled her eyes at me when I asked again. After paying she handed me my change and walked away without saying a word.

Slow service. When you ask for a ton of spinach they barely give you any. When you ask for barely any sauce they give you a ton. Seems like reverse psychology might work best in that situation lol. Its not just this location that this idiocy happens

The last couple of times I have been to this Subway, the service has been very slow. The employees are friendly but when there is a line of customers, they should not leave one employee to make sandwiches and work the register while other employees are in the back. Multiple people have walked out because the wait to be served is just too long. When there is a line of customers, all employees should stop and come to the front to help.
