I went here for some coffee to see what the difference is between them and dunkin. The service and the price is the difference. I sat in the drive thru for almost 5 mins waiting on one single coffee and didn’t even get greeted at the window or acknowledged. I left. I had to get to work. They were in there talking amongst themselves and didn’t care about the customer. I wasn’t paying almost 7 dollars for a coffee that I had to wait more then 3 mins for. I will never go there again.

Normally the baristas are pleasant. Went this morning and the two women at the drive-thru sucked their teeth and laughed at me on the speaker when I asked about a swap out for iced coffee when they were out of cold brew. The food is,well, Starbucks food. The staff at this Starbucks is exceptional. They seem to enjoy working with each other and making the customer happy. The big problem is that parking is inadequate for busy times and you may not be able to even enter the lot

I’ve had fairly a fairly good experience at this location in the past but today I was really disappointed. I opened my cup after I had already pulled out from the drive thru and was upset to see that the cup was only around half full! I rarely treat myself to a $7 coffee but today I chose to. I would have turned around but had to get to an appointment. Very disappointed.

Supervisor in the evening just before close, made drink wrong and at 9:28 would not answer door (closed early) then came to door at 9:29 and spoke to my daughter he then almost hit my daughter as he tried to close her hand in the door. Never again. This was the most violent person Starbucks needs to look in to him and keep him away from people.

Why do I love Starbucks? Simply because their products are consistently delicious everywhere (at there corporate locations). I’ve been to Starbucks in Europe, Mexico, all over the US and I’ve always had the same great experience. There customer service is also great. If you’re not pleased with your drink they will make it right immediately. They are also kind to my dog and offer her a “ pup cup” a small cup of whipped cream – if you say it’s ok. Best Starbucks store. The employees are wonderful!! They treat me well. My order is always on point. These people work so hard and they are.so good at their job even under tremendous pressure. This location is always super busy. They all deserve a raise!!
