We recently discovered this restaurant and it’s become an immediate favorite. The food is great, the service is great, it’s just a really nice place to meet friends for lunch or dinner. It’s busy but not overly loud. This recent visit, I had a unique salad with a delicious lemon olive oil dressing and grilled chicken that was really nicely done, and a delicious Rollo-themed cheesecake from a Pittsburgh bakery.

As we’re heading out of Pittsburgh area, we’ve found this place for lunch. It has a lively atmosphere, and a good menu offering. Furthermore, they do have a private area for large party. Thus, if you have a special occasion, they should be able to accommodate you.

Menu items includes traditional classic sandwiches and burgers, was well as regional specialties like pierogis. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A very good option for casual dining.

We tried it out for my husband’s birthday. We arrived for a late dinner, around 7:45, as a lot of the tables were clearing out from the dinner crowd. Service was good and the food was delicious. I ordered a margherita flatbread. It was really flavorful and one of the best that I’ve had in a really long time. My husband ordered the Drunken Sailor. It was a really large portion with plenty to take home for later. We were here the weekend that had the boil water advisory, and they had bottled water and brought in bagged ice and let every table know prior to ordering.

Great non bar food in a bar setting.
Sesame crusted ahi tuna and beans and greens even better than a fine Italian restaurant served in a bar!
Yes, you can get wings and burgers but check out the daily specials because they truly are!

If you haven’t been, make it a priority! The food was amazing, the service was exceptional and the atmosphere was inviting and chill! Even welcoming for my young child. It was so clean, well lit but not too bright. Nice warm lighting. Kim was our server and let me tell you, I have not had someone so attentive in a very long time! She even made a way to make sure my son’s request was met. I got a stain from sauce and she helped me to get it out with soda water, who would have thought! Incredible. Absolutely 100% incredible! I highly recommend making your way to Kopper Kettle for their delicious food and excellent customer service! Pricing was fantastic too! I cannot talk about it enough how grateful we are for an absolutely amazing experience! We will be back!

Hot pepper cheese bites were amazing. Would 10/10 recommend them.
Reuben and sweet potato fries were tasty. The sweet potato fries were nice and crispy. The pasta we got was also good, but a little too spicy for me.
Service was fast and friendly

Atmosphere- nothing fancy but very clean. Not the most aesthetic looking from the outside. Old building but nice inside. Basically a restaurant/tavern. Plenty of tables- a lot of high tops. There are a few tables outside. Decent size bar and some large TVs.

Service- 5 stars- Bella was our waitress and she was super friendly and attentive. They have a great employee in her.

Food- 4 stars- Large menu!! So many things I wanted to try. I ended up getting the Italian Pierogies. These came cooked with banana peppers and onions. Loved the spice it gave the dish. I opted to added grilled chicken to it for $4.00 more. You could also get spicy Italian sausage as well. I grew up eating homemade pierogies and this was a good runner up. We also got the soup if the day- loaded potato soup- pretty good with a grilled cheese which was awesome. Love grilled cheeses and this was a good one. I would highly recommend and will definitely be back!!

Kopper Kettle is a small restaurant and bar just west of Washington, PA. The food was solid – I had a pasta and shrimp special and my partner had the pork chop. Both were very good at a good price. The place was packed but the service was good and our food came out pretty quickly – I think it took us longer to decide what we wanted than for the food to be delivered. Will definitely return.

I got the buffalo grilled cheese and it was absolutely terrible. Hardly any chicken just a lot of breading hot sauce and the bread is like Texas toast so it’s just overwhelming and not good. Service really isn’t all that never got asked if my food was good or if I need anything. The only positive thing about this visit was the clean restaurant and music that was playing.
